Stayed at Che for a couple of nights. The 6-bed air con room was really comfortable and clean. Maybe a bit on the expensive side, but then again, this is Playa del Carmen. The location is really good, within walking distance of both bus terminals and close to the main street. Wifi is good and breakfast was decent enough. Skip...

An awesome location, close to everything you will need! The main strip, nightclubs, bars, restaurants, street food, Walmart, the beach and of course the OXXO. One of the female staff members was a little hard to talk to, making it a bit awkward at times, but everybody else was absolutely awesome. A new staff member here, an Australian traveller, was...

Honestly I wasn't a huge fan of this place. It was just alright, the 10 man dorm room only had one washroom though and it didn't seem to work very well. The staff wasn't bad but the vibe felt a little off. We were supposed to do a taco night and no one told us it was cancelled and we...

I stayed in a 6 bed air conditioned dorm, which was very clean and had good space. The staff were all very friendly and were more than willing to give me lots of tips and advice on where to go next and what I should see. The hostel is only a short walk to everywhere on the busy main street...

I was there for 2 nights . The place is hostel with a lot of tourism from all over the world (what makes it really nice ) I slept in dorms only for girls . 6 places, hot water in the shower and AC. Was great. Nice breakfast included (coffee, cereals, fruits, eggs, bread and butter&jam ) If you stay...

The rooms were cleaned everyday. We went during new years eve, and even with the place crowded, it was always very clean, even in common areas. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, and fun to hang out. Breaksfast was very basic, but you can cook some eggs and have some tosted bread with jam, which was good enough...

The atmosphere is really good, it's a great place for backpackers as there's plenty of things organised (trips, parties etc.). Staff is friendly and chilled out. On the plus side, I would also include breakfast. However, in my opinion, it's almost impossible to get good sleep there so I was glad we were only staying there for one night. Also,...

I stayed here to be with my friends but found it quite overpriced, especially for it being rainy season. The bar was also not open on a Friday night! But they do let you bring in outside liquor. Beds were comfortable, good chill space, always busy, helpful staff.

I've stayed at this hostel for two nights. The main thing you have to know: everyone is basically from Argentina, and the hostel is very loud even at night. The place itself is small but nice, there is a kitchen and bathrooms in the dorm room I've slept in. Everytime you want to get in the rooms area the man...

I stayed for 3 nights. The bathrooms were really dirty, the bath 'mat' (a folded up towel) looked like it had never been washed. My room was right next to the bar which played loud 'music' until at least 2am. It sounds like i was sleeping in the bar. The pizza night was really good and they do have air...
