My family and I had a wonderful stay at Xaman-ha condo 7020. Right from the start Noemi was extremely helpful and clear with any doubts I had regarding the reservation. Once we arrived at the property the check in was quick and hassle free, one...More
Couldn't ask for a better condo or location. We stayed in late Sept, slow season, but have no complaints whatsoever. Probably the best 2 bedroom unit in the whole building. Pool bar closed for the season/repairs on our 2nd day, but that didn't deter us...More
This condo has just recently been remodeled. It is by far the nicest condo in Xaman Ha. They did not spare any expense and it is definitely a high end remodel from the very expensive wood throughout to the cuisinart knives in the kitchen. They...More
The beach is one of the best we’ve experienced. The ocean was rough most mornings but usually calmed to gentle waves by afternoon. The pool area is nice with space for lounging, a swim up bar, and two connected pools with varying depths. The bar...More

No concerns but always wise to be careful. XamanHa is a small condo property. Very safe. No bar except for the pool bar and Robin is the bartender - no problems there. The stories I've seen about alcohol poisoning were from larger resorts. Even so, likely very rare. A single woman staying alone at a large resort would want to be careful; otherwise not really concerned. Playa is safe. However I would not recommend being out late anywhere in MX.

you are on the second level and will have to back track somewhat towards the lobby but not all the way. There is staircase that is in the hallway before the lobby. We stayed in 7021 and had family on second floor.
