This place was perfect for the kind of travel we do. The owners were lovely, friendly and helpful people. If you are looking to stay in an affordable place and off the beaten path, Lo Nuestro Petit Hotel will be the hidden gem you were looking for.

The owners and their little dog were friendly and the breakfast they prepared and was excellent. The bed was big and comfortable. That said, everything seemed a bit overpriced. Our "Master Room" had a great tub plus a shower. But if a hotel needs me to place used toilet paper in the garbage bucket next to the stool, the bucket...

Lo Nuestro petit hotel is the great place to stay in Tulum Pueblo. Hotel is a small, family hotel, decorated in Mexican style, with open kitchen in the garden where we had our breakfasts. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a hammock for each room. It is a place for the tourists that want to experience Mexico, its cuisine and...

In almost 45 years of travel, I cannot remember such a bad experience with an hotel, even in far remote places and modest accommodations. Very cold reception, dark and uncomfortable room on the 1st floor where I had to haul my luggage by myself, no bottled water available (truly !), revolting breakfast. I strongly advise to think twice before putting...

The hotel is lost in a very noisy and dirty street of Tulum, far from the beach and all activities. Renting snorkeling equipment will cost you 100 Pesos when you can rent it for 70 Pesos at any cenote... Quite disappointed...

We lived here for our three final nights of living in Mexico for five months, and we were surprised by the quality and taste of this little hotel. Really felt (sounds ridiculous, I know, but) personal. It's a bit off the beach, but very good location for going out to eat at night and walking distance to the ADO bus...

Hotel super well located, with Mexican charm, lovely hostess, Ms Mirka! Super clean, large welcoming rooms, arranged with style. Hotel is located close to the bus station and Tulum centre, from where it is easy to move around. Highly recommended! We had lovely stay there! Dziekujemy Pani Mirko!
