We stayed only one night at this place the location is really good since is located in downtown. The room is small but ok for sleeping. The only thing was the humidity smell .The included breakfast was good.

I would stay here again. Wooden boardwalks lead to our generous, pretty room in this Italian-run hotel. A lovely breakfast was included as was the hire of bicycles for both my wife and I. We had room 9 upstairs which came with a wide balcony. The rooms were made up every morning with fresh towels. Free wifi provided. Conveniently located.

What can I say about this hotel besides outstanding? The best place to stay in Tulum. L’Hotelito is not only an hotel but a place where you can feel home, a place where you can really enjoy the beauty of this village and the Riviera Maya. The hotel location is perfect excellent value for money, close to the beaches that...

I stayed one night in this charming little hotel in August 2014. My room was small, but cozy, with an ensuite bathroom (which had nice toiletries and plenty of towels), just behind the inner courtyard (ground floor). Because it was facing the courtyard, it was very quiet. The breakfast was very nice and the host and the staff were very...

The hotel was very comfortable and had an accesible price. The hosts were welcoming and provided a great service. On the downside, Tulum´s nightlife surrounds the hotel, making it a bit noisy. Also, the stairs for the second floor were not designed with the idea of carrying bags in mind.

We were travelling around Tulum and looking for a place to stay and this was definitely the best one we found! It was very lovely and cozy, the service was great and the price was very decent. It had a nice hippie vibe to it. It's close to the Tulum archaeological site as well as the cenotes around the area....

Stumbled across this Italian-owned place and it seemed good for 500 pesos a night with breakfast (which is only coffee and toasted bread, although the bread is home made - taken with average coffee in a pleasant seating area next to open windows to the street). Service is relaxed bordering on casual at times. They're happy to provide what you...

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights in May and was very pleased with it. The reasonable price includes air conditioning and wifi which is great when you come back from a day at the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable with two beds. This hotel is also in a great location in Tulum, close to all...

I read aout the otel from lonely planet. We planned on staying there the whole time but ended up moving 2 nights in to our stay. We stayed in the bigger room upstairs, for $60 usd a night. The balcony off the room was nice to have, however, at night, the whole room is very noisy. The bathroom smelled really...
