Xibalba was the first dive shop we checked out and decided to sign up right away due to the incredibly resourceful and friendly staff. The facilities were spotless and modern. My husband dove the caverns for 4 days and is completely hooked on the idea of returning to do his cave diving certification. I'm 5 months pregnant so couldn't dive...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at the hotel was great, nice big rooms, great pool and nice terrace to enjoy a beer or drink in the evening with other guests. I really recommend their dive center. Their instructors really know what they are talking about. Thanks for a great vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Xibalba hotel for three nights. I had corresponded with Aneke, a hotel owner, over email prior to coming. She was very friendly and quick to respond to my many questions. My boyfriend was doing an online PADI open water course, and we went there to get him the final pool and open dive...

It is beautiful to let the evening pass by, sitting at the bar on the roof terrace. The owners are so friendly, that one could forget that this is a...

A new built, very nice hotel with big rooms, modern equipment and furniture, friendly and familily-like atmosphere! Excellent for cave and cavern divers because of the dive center in the building.

Beautiful solid wood furniture, recessed lighting, stylish fixtures, and a big, comfortable bed. The staff are warm and informal -- if you visit the office, you'll soon have a freshly-made espresso in hand. On the other hand, if you want to read and nap in your room, no one will intrude. It's attached to a dive shop, and so is...
