We stayed only one night but the staff helped us out a lot with the bikes, where to get how and all other little things we needed. Overall a very good choice for a short stay, the location kinda kills the chance for longer stays.

I can highly recommend this place. Miguel and the whole stuff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast contains coffee, tea, sandwiches, donuts, croissants... everything you want. For me a very good place to stay in Tulum.

The staff at Itour Mexico (Alma, Marco, Miguel etc) were fantastic. They allowed us to rearrange our dates at the last minute without charging us any fees. In fact they did the opposite and upgraded us to a superior room - 2 rooms in fact which were beautifully decorated. Alma gave us great information about the area - restaurants, points... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Itour, in the Hugo room, for three nights. The room was perfect and clean, the staff was insanely friendly and helpful! We also booked a ATV-tour through Itour which was SO fun, a must do!! We will definitely come back if/when we go back to Mexico

Loved this hotel, the style and presentation when you arrive is just great. The staff there are just amazing, they know exactly what you need and from the moment you arrive you are taken care of. Breakfast included was a sandwich or croissant, coffee and refresco. Our room was football themed and absolutely pristine. Nice and spacious with a good... More

My stay at this hotel was great. It has a cool atmosphere. If you dont want to be trap by hotels on the beach and want the convenience of being bear town, this is the place. We stayed in their deluxe rooms which included free breakfast and free bikes to move around town and the beach. The staff was extremely... More

each room is fixed different. wanted speedy gonzolas but we got frieda mahalo. The room is clean with pictures of Frieda. It was closest to the road so it was noisy at night with the trucks going by. we ate at a Mexican place next door that is very good. Alma & Marco take great care of you. They have... More

If you have never been to Tulum it's easy to get confused about what it is and where to go. First of all there are 2 Tulum: the one in "town" which is a 2 km of bars, restaurants and souvenirs shop and there's a kind of "downtown" which is front beach, where all kinds of cabanas are (poor or... So nice to be able to grab a bite to eat and enjoy a coffee before taking on Tulum! Rooms are cool, clean, and comfortable. I, for one, had no issue with noise from road or front desk area...there is a high-power ceiling fan that does a great job at neutralizing the din.

simple Location, but the Rooms are decorated with love, every Room has a different name. The street is a little bit noisy but the price is low and you can spend the money in tours :) We loved it here. The people are really friendly and helpful. For Breakfast you get a Sandwich and a Drink. So if you are... More
