Basically, the pricing was all because of the admitttedly amazing location. Good beach service, sturdy hammocks, moderately priced restaurant. Saltwater Showers/Sinks (yuck!) are a big minus for the price you pay, and while I didn't have issues, many of the family did have issues with A/C. Perhaps it was the season, but the birds were very loud and woke you...

My husband and I stayed here for five nights last July and had a great stay! We were happily surprised with the prices compared to all the other hotels on the beach and the staff was really friendly! We loved being steps away from the beach and spent most of our days lazying on the beach chairs and my husband...

This hotel was strange. The service was extremely unfriendly and they have SO many strange procedures. Both of the front desk people were sort of unwilling to help with a few questions I had about times and reservations for things about island and only became more unenthusiastic as I pressed. The WIFI only works in the common area, and is...

The ecological area of Tulum is our favorite area in the Riviera Maya. This hotel was an amazing experience for us besting the three others we have tried before it. This is the last resort on the strip of beautiful beaches, about 10km's in. The grounds are well kept by a friendly staff with Nature taking center stage; Blessing those...

Had a good stay here. It was a pretty place and relaxing. Beach had lots of brown seaweed at the time we were there. This hotel was one of the few places, which put tremendous effort into clearing these up everyday. Food was a bit disappointing. I would expect better food from a place like this unfortunately it was quite...

I experienced exactly what most of other people had to say about this place. The people were very nice that worked there. The beach was awesome. It was pretty chill. It was the furthest hotel out there, but you were relatively close to restaurants. I would recommend a little flashlight, if you decide to walk home after dark. It felt...

What really stood out about Rosa del Viento was the staff and their friendly attitude. Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant and always with a smile. We were initially booked for a Double Room but upon arrival it had one king bed. They quickly and seamlessly changed our room to a much larger second story room...

This review is for the restaurant and beach only. We went here for an afternoon. If you eat at their restaurant, you can hang on their beach. Awesome pizza!! Fish tacos were only so-so. Cold Coke and ice! Incredible beach and very comfy beach chairs. We were here for hours and very happy!

Although we had booked a 'Garden View' room for 3 nights, which we knew wouldn't have a view of the beach, we in no way felt that we had missed out. It is a small resort, so everyone was only 20 metres from the beach! Each room had it's own front area with a hammock and the sand goes right...

We stayed here for 2 nights after travelling the Yucatan. Our room was a good size and very clean with a lovely terrace and ocean view. The beach was quiet, with plenty of sun beds to choose from. They clear up the seaweed daily, which wouldn't bother us but might some people. As other reviewers mentioned it is right at...
