The staff was so helpful, it was so comfortable and beautiful on the beach. Oceanfront terrific! The food was reliably very good, and it was great to just be living such a pleasant and calm life for a few days. Go there!

We just came back from Tulum last night. These past 5 days in Tulum were amazing. We had the opportunity to visit a few other hotels in the area, and we could not get happier we our selection of staying in Rosa del Viento. The hotel is small which gave us exactly what we were looking for, calm, tranquility and...

This hotel has beautiful grounds and beach. The staff was so nice. The free breakfast was very good. We loved this place. One small improvement could be the bed linens. This is the very last hotel on the beach, so it can be a bit of a hike to go some places. However, I think that's what makes the price...

We stayed 5 days for our honeymoon. The location is wonderful the sight is beautiful and the rooms are good with A/C. You are literally feet away from the beach. Breakfast is included at the restaurant its good and the view while you eat is amazing, the waiters are very friendly and nice. Tulum is better than Cancun a lot...

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights (though I wish we could have stayed in Tulum for longer). Its location at the end of the hotel area is perfect. While the hotel seemed to have plenty of guests, very few people otherwise walked across the beach while we were there. This made for a serene experience...

Beautiful, serene, clean and safe property. Casual Playa vibe combined with spectacular sunrise views, friendly helpful staff and scrumptious breakfast made for one of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. We rented bikes and were able to ride them all over even to the ruins. The free Cenote across the road was convenient if not very impressive but...

We stayed here 4 nights and we loved it! The beach is absolutely amazing and the hotel is very nice. Near the hotels are many restaurants and bars. Everything is very modern and clean. The service is very friendly and really good. Prices are ok. Absolutely recommendable.

In one word: paradise - with great service, amazing food in restaurant right on the beach in the middle of Palm trees with spectacular view. Garden view room with hammock on balcony -so tasty decorated and the best mini cosmetic ever 😊 organic coco, honey, oatmeal ... I'm impressed and totally relaxed. Great stay

After having been away for a while I most recently returned to Rosa del Viento for lunch and lounging on the beach. This review does not address the rooms. The owners did a the model of the restaurant last year, extending the dining area out towards the beach, and updating the interior decor. They also updated the menu. In my...

There are certainly more deluxe and fancy hotels on the gorgeous Tulum beach, but Rosa is a lovely property on the absolutely best part of the strip. Located just north of the pristine park, it's quiet, uncrowded and extraordinarily beautiful there. Hotel rooms are smallish and basic, but the price is right, and it's clean and nice. The restaurant is...
