We planned to stay one night only, but Andrea at reception, and Eduardo the manager, made our experience so wonderful that we changed our plans and stayed an extra night! They are an amazing team! It's a bonus that Andrea is fluent in both English and Spanish. And it's very surprising that at her young age she has more maturity...

We took the ocean front master suite which had a spectacular view of the ocean and the beach. Also had a jacuzzi on the balcony.. The staff are helpful even though they can't speak English which was quite difficult for us in the beginning but eventually we started translating on the phone to be able to effectively communicate. The resort...

Staying in Los Lirios for me is the best option in Tulum. The rooms are huge, with comfortable beds, large balcony's, and amazing beach and reasonable rates. That said one must understand there is no infrastructure in the area to support the type of accommodations many people are used to. Most of the area is run on generators. Sometimes there...

Nice big clean rooms, good breakfast although staff was sometimes not prepared at 7am. We had room A1, right in front of the beach, but also right beside Ziggys so music from there is clearly heard at night (until about 10-11pm). Drinks from the bar are inexpensive but strong, supper was very good in the restaurant. You are within walking...

This hotel is perfectly adequate but not good for the cost. Careful when you book an 'ocean front'. Not all rooms are created equal and we couldn't even see the ocean from our 'ocean front king suite'. Our room had a nice bathtub on the balcony. That was the best part of the hotel. Otherwise, sort of prissy and generic....

The rooms are nice and big and site is well laid out. We were there 3 nights and had a short power cut each evening, which we think tripped out most of our lights. It took 3 requests for the light to be restored. The staff at breakfast are disinterested. My wife fetched her own tea bags and stood by...

The hotel is incredible, I really have no words to describe how beautiful the hotel is, it is perfectly located in the hotel zone of Tulum-Boca Paila. The rooms are amazong and almost all of them have an ocean view. I stayed in a Master...

The 4 stars is for the hotel. The rooms were kept very clean and our room had a fantastic view. Hot water left a little to be desired but didn't effect our vacation whatsoever. The downside of this hotel was the poorly managed bar and restaurant facilities. The staff was not the issue as they were poorly managed. Very slow...
