Villa ZenaLiza is a small establishment and Robert, the owner, quickly made us feel at home. There was only one other couple staying there at the same time as us. The wall murals are fun. We had a car so it was a short drive (3 minutes?) to get to Avenida Tulum, which is the main street in town where...

This is a small B&B place owned and operated by Robert, an American from Minnesota. It is off the beaten path, but within a mile to the town main street. Just a short taxi ride to the beach and the Tulum ruins. It is very colorfully decorated and painted, both inside and outside in the yard. The room is comfortable,...

Such a beautiful place! The owner Robert is wonderful, hospitable and so helpful. I have been to Tulum a few times, and by far, my favorite place I have stayed! Thank you so much for making our vacation so memorable!

This is a very quiet peaceful retreat from the hustle bustle of Tulum and the Mayan Riviera tourist beaches. There are just four rooms so it never has a crowded feel. The grounds are full of vegetation and art paintings on almost every wall to give it Zen-like feeling. It's about a 30 minute ( one mile or so) walk...

Villa ZenaLiza is a small colorful B&B embellished by the work of local artists and craftspeople. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The staff give visitors their personal attention. Villa ZenaLiza is in a secluded neighborhood but an easy distance to shopping in the Tulum town center or to beaches and destination restaurants like Eufemia or Hartwood. During our...

Good quiet location, conveniently close to 307 and delicious food in downtown Tulum. Best possible base for exploring the Mayan Riviera. Breakfast was tasty and the staff are super friendly. AC is solid, better than anything you'll find on the beach.

My wife and I spend two weeks of June 2016 at the ZenaLiza. It is an amazing B&B. The staff are out of this world. They are five stars in my book! Thanks so much for making our vacation to Tulum amazing!

Sweet spot with only a handful of rooms. The owner Robert is very attentive to any needs you have and is very helpful with suggestions of what to see, do, and restaurants to check out. He also set up a great massage for me that was fantastic!

This B&B offers great value far from the madding crowd at the Beach! The room is spacious, clean and set in a garden-like tranquil setting. The owner, Robert, is 'in residence' in the owner's unit for about 6 months and is very helpful with suggestions and time to answer any questions. About 5 minutes by car from the centre of...

Stayed here with a friend just recently, we'd both stayed in Tulum before, this time decided to stay within the town itself, we found Villa Zenaliza to be a pleasant place to stay, it is at the edge of the town but not far from the center; our quarters were spacious, nicely appointed, service was great, friendly, and responsive; rates...
