We arrived and were greeted by nice host. Our room was large and spacious and very clean. Upon exploring the resort we started to discover that many of the things that were advertised were not actually available at the resort. Only 1 restaurant was available and open. Drink selection was horrible! They only have 1 selection of beer... Dos XX. They only offer "well drinks" and the wine selection sucks. The food menu is pretty basic and the resort only has about 3-4 dinner menus before they rotate and repeat them again. On our last night the resort lost power for 24 hours. Our A/C stopped working! This resort needs a lot of work and shouldn't be advertised as a "resort & spa" oasis since it is far from it. Also, there is no sand beach! The nearest beach is approximately a 15 min walk. We will not be staying here again.

This guy went above and beyond in Tulum. Woke up early to take me to the grocery store. Took me downtown and dropped me off I called him when I was ready and he promptly picked me up. He charged significantly less than any other driver I came across and he was very safe fair and reliable Jonah +52 984 208 0611

Beautiful hotel and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We were looking for some activities but didn’t even know where to begin. Salvador Gomez was super helpful, he listened to our interests and presented us with multiple options to choose from. We had an absolutely wonderful time ATVing and ziplining through the jungle along with snorkeling with giant turtles and fish! We highly recommend Salvador to help you with all your adventure needs!

Location - not ideal. If you want to go to the popular bars/restaurants in the hotel zone, you'll pay around $25 USD and at night this is up to $40 USD for a 10-15 minute drive. There are free bikes but they aren't always available. Food - not great. There was a very limited menu and only one restaurant. Room service ended at 11pm and the service was very bad. They messed up on our orders many times. Drinks were also horrible and made us feel sick. There weren't any known brands for tequila and pretty cheap vodka (absolut/stoli). Overall service of the hotel was also bad. We called to ask for towels 4 times at one point. Pool/jacuzzi - the pool was fine but the jacuzzis were all closed. The "clean" pool towels however were dirty multiple times that we got them. Other - we had a power & water outage one of the days and it lasted from 10am to 2am the next day. The hotel did nothing about this and couldn't even give us an ETA on when it would be fixed. Also the shower water is cold and takes 10 mins to get lukewarm. The jacuzzi in the room patios takes 1-2 hours to fill up. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and wish we hadn't stayed here. It's definitely not worth the all inclusive as we spent most of our meals eating out. I'm shocked at all the good reviews of this place.

I unfortunately had to cancel my stay due to an injury and cancelled within the appropriate timeframe to get a full refund. Regardless, I was told that the refund wouldn’t be issued for 3-4 months which is completely unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason for a refund to take that long. Beware of this scam they’re running.
