What a wonderful time we had at Dreams Tulum! This is such a beautiful resort. Truly, the gardens are the best I have ever seen in Mexico. The buildings are gorgeous - the beach is great - the staff is AMAZING - just everything was...More
The resort is quietly beautiful. The food is delicious, and if we have tried all the restaurant, our preference was still for the buffet (World Cafe).
It is the spot to be to visit places like the ruins of Coba, Tulum and Chichen Itza.
The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are nice and decent size. We stayed in a deluxe garden view. The staff are amazing! So helpful and polite! Carlos, a bartender at the swim up bar, was fantastic! He took the time to learn our names and...More

Thanks Dreams Tulum and your amazing staff we had a great time... The live entertainment was amazing thanks to the entertainment staff who worked so hard. The service staff always there to get you whatever you need!!!! I definitely recommend this resort.
I love to come to the beach in Mexico but you cannot sit at this beach because the seaweed is so bad. I would not recommend swimming here because of the rocks and coral. One of our guests was cut in the swim area. Bring...More

Nomatter where you stay the food is the same. Service isn't any "extra" if you are my the pool and beach expect noise there are wedding there almost every night. The swim outs are for adults only, The gardens views are quiet and central to everything. When you arrive at the resort for checkin, you can request a room closets to the bars. (there are smaller bars for each section of rooms. We could have upgraded from our garden view to beach but it was an extra $125 a night and considering we are only there to sleep, the food is the same and the noise level we stayed with garden. Maybe next time sans kids well opt for the swim out.

It doesn’t include things like diving, as that is generally expensive and I have never seen any resort include that. Generally non-motorised water sports are included, but it was windy when we were there and we didn’t use them. All meals and drinks are included, even room service. The quality isn’t amazing, but fair for the price. I would recommend going into town for some dinners, as it is authentic, cheap, and more interesting after being in the hotel all day
