We booked by phone 10 days ago for 2 nights. Everything was ok. But this morning, we phoned before taking the boat and somebody answered in lao " it is closed " now in another place we will investigate but looks very unprofessional .
We chose this place as we had read all these good reviews, but we were really disappointed: the bungalow we stayed in was dusty, the linoleum floor really tired, the toilet seat broken, there was no bin, no mosquito net, the light was weak, etc....More
