We stayed at Posada Barrancas Mirador with a fairly large group for about 4-5 days. Amazing view, wonderful staff and really nice rooms. The food was always fresh and delicious although I would have preferred more fresh vegetable/salad options. But, this being Mexico I'm not surprised that it is mostly protein and starch with a bit of fruit thrown in...

The view off your own personal balcony is worth the trip getting here. Food was included in the price. Our waiter Jose was wonderful. A short distance away was a zip line and tram to take over the canyon

I found the staff here to be friendly and helpful, in contrast to several reviews prior. We were not with a group, but there were several large groups that were at the hotel at the same time. The staff was able to handle a large rush of people for 3 meals a day. Every meal I ate was top quality....

The only good point is the excellent views over the canyons. We were booked into here by our tour operator. As a couple you come down for a meal, no where to sit. All the tables seemed to reserved for very large groups. When this happens the place becomes very noisey. It was like being in a canteen with cold...

My wife &I just returned from a trip thru north Mexico, which is the area less traveled by tourist. The Posada is also known as Hotel Mirador or El Mirador. We reached this hotel by a 130 mile train ride from the bottom area of the Copper Canyons to the top where we reached the station which serviced this hotel at...

It is the only hotel that can offer the views of the canyon. The sunset and sunrise are breath taking. The rooms are clean and specious. The food is good but since it is included and they cater for groups, you have to rush as if in a kids summer camp to get a sit. You have to pay for...

The views are stunning, the staff we had was sweet, attentive, knowledge and kind. We had Leocadio Almodovar guide and driver, Israel driver, Horacio guide and Jose for our waiter they are hard working people and thoroughly enjoyed them. Wifi? seldom did it work for me at lobby, but seemed like it worked for others. None in bedrooms no problem....

Awesome location and views. More like incredible awesome! Staff is very serviceable. Tours are great. So why the poor review? Soap is the kind you buy a penny a piece, coat hangers are from the cleaners and what really pisses someone off, is the horrible prices for drinks! Both alcoholic and non alcoholic (coke or agua de jamaica.) Over double...

Imagine sitting on a balcony overlooking a huge expanse of very deep canyons, watching the birds of prey soaring below you! Well, that's the experience you will enjoy at Posada Barrancas Mirador. We took a relatively easy walking path from Posada B M hotel towards the Adventure Park and walked for about 20 minutes, meeting local Indian people and seeing...

We stayed 2 nights with our tour group. The had welcome drinks for us when we arrived. The views are outstanding. The lobby, dining area and bar area are connected to a patio area that overlooks the Copper Canyon. We are were given the keys to our room and were delighted to see that we had a balcony that overlooks...
