Nos hospedamos en este hotel mi esposa y yo sólo para pasar la noche....llegamos y estaba casi lleno..esperamos nos atendiera y asignaran habitación la cual tenia doa camas matrimoniales...me vendieron como king pero jamasme dijo ni guna regla el que me asignó la habitacion. 1.- hacia frío horroroso y no tenían cobijas ni tampoco el minisplit tenía calefacción...amaneci con la garganta destrozada... 2.-para rematar al levantarnoa el dia siguiente no habia agua caliente.hable a recepción y dejamls pasar unos minutos y seguia sin haber agua caliente en el baño...segunda llamada a recepción y dijo una chava q acababa d su subir a prender el boiler. Esperamos otros minutos más y nada...el chiste a noa bañamos con agua fría. 3.- al hacer checkout la chava se va a habitación a revisarla y regresa a decirnos q nos dieron habitación con cama doble y q la regla era no usar la otra cama...yo le respondí a no la habíamos usado para dormir sólo quitamos la sabana para taparnos ya q no tenían cobijas... y me dice la tipa q no debimls usar las dos toallas porque sólo se pago habitación sencilla y sólo corresponde una toalla. Le digo jamás nos dijo nada del reglamento el señor d anoche y tampoco tenemos culpa q no tengan servicio d agua caliente. Cobijas en pleno invierno. La tipa se molesto y casi casi nls queria regañar. Mal recomiendo el hotel q en general no era malo y su patio era muy bonito...pero el personal q tienen es pésimo. No regreso.…
