We decided to take this hotel for the brand, it is new, it is well located and we believe in Mexican investors. We stayed 3 nights and our trip was destined to complete Tampico's Half Marathon 2022. For this 1/2 marathon we trainned 3 months. We just needed a good rest. However, on Saturday late night (we were schedule to start running Sunday 6am), some neighbors outside the hotel started a big party. I understand it is not the fault of the Hotel, but the room was not isolated enough to stop such noise. We called the lobby and request to call the police to request a decrease in the volume of noise. But nothing happened. After our race, we were focus to enjoy the Super Bowl. There is a big screen in the restaurant and there was nobody. We requested to turn on the TV to enjoy the game and consume food. However, they told us that it was prohibited. That we should go back to our rooms and watch the game in our rooms... can you belive it?... you have customer willing to pay and consume and watch a game and you say no? I hope the administration of the Hotel implements something to solve these two issues. You made a great investment to offer this type of results to your clients…

Although its new and well designed hotel it have someissues. The phone in the room just don’t work. Not much space to hang clothes and no drowers at all. Breakfast service awful. I had to wait over 20 minuts for a fork. There was no food or eggs avalible. The frut also was missing.

First time visiting Tampico and this hotel. I only stayed for one night because of work but I must say that the staff was very helpful and made my stay enjoyable. The room was a good size and spacious, bed was comfortable, a work desk and a small sofa. The next morning I went to the breakfast area where they had a basic buffet style breakfast, no complaints here. It would not be my first choice if I return to Tampico but if you are traveling on a budget is a good option to consider. Close to the airport and good restaurant options walking distance.

I had the misfortune to stay here for 1 night, I don’t think I could have lasted any longer, don’t get me wrong the hotel is clean and the rooms etc are lovey but it’s just lacking in .....everything, I’ve never been to a hotel that does not offer food, this one doesn’t, neither does it offer drinks or a bar, not even a vending machine or snacks. This coupled with the water saving shower is just a joke, I struggled to shower under the pathetic stream that also kept stopping like it was running out. This hotel is only setup for Spanish speaking guests too as the tv is only Spanish, do they not realise that hotels are for people that travel??? I won’t be back
