My husband and I spent one night at this hotel, and we were glad that it was only for a night. We were disappointed in the hotel from even before we arrived. We emailed the hotel in advance of our stay to request assistance with car transportation from the airport, and with a specific request to arrange for dinner reservations...

We simply cannot say enough good things about the accommodations and the staff. This incredible gem in the heart of one of the world's most beautiful cities will not fail to please. Beyond the grace of the proprietor and staff is the amazing ambiance of peace and tranquility and the elegance of every vista. Great thought has gone into the...

Don't Understand the High Rating for Santuario! While it was clean and plenty of staff, who were all nice, but they lacked training. So it looks like a management/owner failure. I am also now in the habit of automatic one star reduction if clock is set wrong in the room! We were here 5 nights and it was never corrected!...

The Hacienda El Santuario is a beautiful maze of courtyards with sitting area and greens. All the rooms that we saw seemed adequate In size. Our master suite was large and well decorated with a huge bathroom. The staff was friendly and tried hard although language was sometimes a problem. Breakfast served outdoors in a central courtyard was ample offering...

Loved loved loved staying here for two nights recently (wished we had stayed for four nights :( ) Beautiful property. Lovely staff. We stayed in the Nardo Room which i think is considered a Deluxe Suite. It was great. Spacious and had a nice courtyard in front of it. Property is full of very nice vegetation. And when you walk...

The hotel is located at the very heart of San Miguel. It occupies a big old house full of charm. Rooms are connected through patios and narrow aisles. Not a lot of luxury, no air conditioning but as the house has thick walls, the temperature is all right. No coffee, drinks or food outside the breakfast time. Breakfast is good...

This little boutique hotel is located in a beautiful old building in a quiet area about a 10 minute walk from El Jardin. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast of fruit, fresh juice, eggs, chilaquiles, refried beans, yogurt and granola is included in the room rate and is served in a beautiful courtyard. I stayed in the Sandia room,...

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sra. Guadalupe who was always eager to solve any issues that came up. We stayed in one of the Jr. Suites in the back with our own private terrace overlooking a peaceful courtyard which included different varieties of plants and a fruit tree. The place gave us the Mexican feel we love...

This hotel is in a beautiful old building in the historical part of San Miguel. Upon arrival, the staff were super friendly and checked us all in (there were 8 of us, 4 rooms) very quickly. Our room was on the bottom floor, the last room on the lefthand side if your back is to the front entrance (I can't...

Great staff. Very clean comfortable room. Close to town square. Price includes a full breakfast of coffee, eggs, fruit. Our room was accessed from nice roof top deck area. Great place to enjoy glass of wine or cold cerveza. Good value.
