we stayed here during Thanksgiving and had a wonderful, relaxing experience. the wait staff was great. Ask for Felipe for shuttle, he knows the area and is so kind. Also Leslie and her team in the restaurant/bar are so pleasant. It was not downtown, but close enough to walk and discover the town. Shuttle or the taxis, all affordable, if...

We were visiting San Miguel de Allende for a wedding. The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were really big, with comfortable beds, a gas fireplace, and a sitting area. The bathroom also has an area outside the toilet/shower room with a chair and great lights perfect to put makeup and get ready. The staff at the front desk was very...

While we enjoyed the hourly shuttle into town and it's drivers, the service inside the hotel was not as gracious. Without sounding spoiled, if guests are laying by the pool, a waiter should be sent to ask about drinks (not inside visiting each other). A gentleman brought out towels one day, but the rest we used the room towels. Someone...

This hotel is beautiful! We had a four person room and the only complaint we had was that the beds were very small for two people to sleep in. The shower is awesome and the bathroom and room is very clean. There is a free shuttle to the city center that runs every hour. Another strange thing was that you...

With a very convenient Location for My needs, $50 pesos away from Downtown (about 5-6 minutes in a taxi) this place really stands for a comfortable and cute place. Mexican architecture style makes Casa Primavera a nice place to Stay. Great food, superb service.

We snuck away for 3 nights.., everything and everyone at the hotel made the experience fabulous!!! Our room was beautifully appointed, spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds were manicured. The common spaces were clean and inviting. The pool was relaxing and intimate. The staff were so kind and personable. Would definitely recommend!!!

The hotel looks charming and the room was big and comfortable but no a/c, no mini fridge and no safe which is a most when your travelling and want to spend some time out of your hotel. The service was ok breakfast was average. The street I front of the hotel...

The rooms are great. The location is less than desirable, even w/a shuttle to downtown. The shuttle was never available to return, but taxis were cheap and plentiful. Food was good, drinks were also good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My wife, 1 year old daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. Good service overall. Friendly people. The location was great for us. Right off the highway to Queretaro. Only a few minutes to the main attractions in the historical area. The shuttle to the center was very convenient. Food at the restaurant was great! Authentic Mexican food. The beer...

Room type and size was excellent. The low rating is that each morning the breakfast service was terrible. We waited a very long time for any service and we couldn't get a piece of toast. They "ran out" of bread both days. They should have been prepared. One day the coffee was served in paper cups.
