We'd stayed at this budget hotel over 19 years ago. We were pleased to read other TA reviews that generally praised it. Since our earlier visit, the rooms have been added to and renovated. They are freshly painted in cheerful colors. That's in contrast to our earlier stay, of which I remember a spacious but rather gloomy room, complete with...

Walked in on Saturday during Pasqua (Easter) and got a twin room for 450 pesos. The following night the room rate fell to 350 pesos. Very cozy hotel with a nice and quiet inner yard. Very friendly staff despite slight language barrier (I really don't speak much Spanish). Location is very central, just a few blocks from where everything is....

Rooms are great, especially those in the older part of the hotel. Service is good too. They have wonderful roof-top terrace and if you are looking for some peace and good place to read - this is your place. We like this hotel and stayed there year after year for the past 10 years.

Stayed here for one night in a single room with one double bed for 350p. Room was one of the newer ones on the second floor with lots of light. Room was very colourful, although a little small. No TV in room. No Wifi connection. Staff were okay, lady who checked us in was friendly, but then the two people...

We had read about the San Sebastian on Trip Advisor and in a guide book and decided to stay here. We read they did not take reservations so it seemed like old time 3rd World travel. We had bussed in to the station and caught the local bus into town. It dropped us off just five minutes away from the...

I absolutely adore this hotel! Me and two friends stayed a night here for $450 pesos. (around $39 USD) It's very beautiful! You walk into an open air courtyard with big plants and birds chirping! Sunlight spills in everywhere! Our room was towards the back. We had 2 queen beds. The room was big and painted bright yellow, very cheerful....

The place is easy to find and looks good from the outset. The bathroom in the room was probably the cleanest, brightest and best ventilated bathrooms of any hotel I stayed at in Mexico. The location is great and it has free parking. Awesome. The only downside is that the staff were thoroughly disinterested in anything and seemed to take...

If you've gotten this far you have probably heard about all there is to say. I lived in San Miguel for years (years ago) and am probably more familiar with it than any other town. We still have undeveloped property there but live in another part of Mexico. When we visit, the Parador is our first choice. About the only...

We chose this hotel based on the favorable reviews here on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed. Because we arrived on Friday of a holiday weekend, there was only one double room available. We were a little worried that the room would be noisy since it was right off the patio on the ground floor. It was actually fairly quiet....
