An absolutely lovely B and B with the warmest welcome in Yorkshire and a meticulous approach to guest comfort. From their home in Kirkby Malzeard, Liz and Mike run a six bedroom B and B with superb bathrooms, very comfortable beds and the best breakfast in Yorkshire - and I have stayed in many there! Cant recommend Cowscot House more... More

Had a fabulous overnight stay in this amazing B&B. My husband and friend booked it as part of a birthday surprise and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Liz and Mike were lovely and extremely helpful - booking a taxi and a table at The Grantley ( which we also really enjoyed). Rooms were beautiful with a big comfy bed and it... More

Just returned from 4 nights here. Superb room! Superb location! Divinely delicious breakfast! Wonderful hosts! I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing place. I slept well and ate well. The sausages were very tasty, the marmalade and black currant jam were delicious.

We stayed in rooms 3 & 4 for a long weekend and could not have been happier. The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and the view out into the garden wonderful - the peace and quiet fab. We actually stayed at this b&b over a year ago but for some reason it completely slipped our mind to write a review. It's not hard though to remember how great the b&b was with peaceful rural location and a wonderfully presented house and rooms. And a great breakfast as well which is always a bonus!

Cowscot House is the very best B&B at which we have stayed in the UK and would surpass most hotels in the same category. Liz and Mike are wonderful hosts, relaxed, friendly and very helpful. They welcomed us with a tray of tea and homemade biscuits, and nothing was too much trouble during our long weekend. Their recommendation for eating... More
