We recently returned from a 5 night excursion to Cabo. We stayed the first 2 nights at the Los Milagros. Having done a lot of research on Trip Advisor, we decided it would make sense to stay in town a few nights to experience the...More
I stayed at the Melia down the street for two nights and then switched to Los Milagros. Don't get me wrong, the Melia is a great place if you don't care about the price (I paid about $500/night), but at just under $100 a night...More
Loved my stay at Los Milagros. I have been to Cabo several times and by far this is my favourite place. We were upgraded to a suite at no charge by perhaps the most friendly accomodating owner I have ever seen in the small boutique...More
I spent a week here recently and was most impressed by the owner Sandra and the property itself. Cabo is a true tourist destination and this hotel provided a place for rest and relaxation in the center of Cabo. Sandra was a wonderful host for...More
Los Milagros is a unique hotel that has a special sense of place. The units are grouped around 3 courtyards that together add up to a seamless experience. Each room has a courtyard entry and there is little sense of "hotel". The rear courtyard opens...More

I agree with everything that Courtney M. stated. The in town experience is much different from a resort. You truly experience the culture rather than the tourist trap type places. One idea would be to take a cab to Billigan's. It is an ocean front restaurant with plenty of beach, covered chairs if you desire one and lots of local vendors selling their goods. You can even get a massage under a lovely umbrella! It is a bit of a walk to get there but would highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a place to hangout on the beach to have a few drinks. Billigan's employees also give you beach service and you never have to enter the "bar" or restaurant if you choose not to.
