The Cape offers a great setting, attentive staff, perfect views, a luxurious pool, and a wide variety of cocktails. My wife and I went for an anniversary celebration. We spent most of our day by the pool where they are happy to set you up with either a cabana or on lounge chairs (thanks Jaime, Jorge and Carlos!). I highly recommend a cabana, which only requires a minimum order for the day. We had several servers over the course of our stay (Aldo, Ivan, Soria, and Lenny) and each one was excellent! The same can be said for every member of the staff from those at check-in to the concierge to those helping us grab a taxi. We got a relatively simple room, but it seems that every room has an amazing balcony and view. I did not hear one person staying at the hotel complain about a poor room or view. Although the Cape is relatively smaller than other options in Cabo, there are still several food / drink options on property. In addition, it is a quick cab ride to restaurants downtown or near other hotels. The cape arranged easy transport to and from the airport as well. I wouldn't say there are many downsides to the Cape, but would note that I didn't think this was the right place for families. In addition, it's not one of the beach fronts where many people swim in the ocean. Before leaving, we were already looking at our calendars to see when we could come back. I won't look anywhere else for a couples' getaway to Cabo.

Hotel's Favourite
This place is like a dream - the view is unparalleled (only one with a great view of the Arch), food was delicious and service is absolutely exquisite. We were impressed with the level of care the hotel took especially during COVID. We could see the increased sanitization and they provided wipes, sanitizer gel and masks for everyone. QR code’s for menus everywhere and social distancing. Fernanda and Hugo at the pool were AMAZING during our stay and took care of us like we were VIP by remembering our names & favorite drinks/foods after each day and making us feel like friends! The Rooftop bar has such a spectacular view with amazing vibes and fantastic service. This is the only place we will stay in Cabo now - hands down! 👏🏼👏🏼

Stayed for our mini-moon. Could not imagine a more beautiful setting, exceptional service, and incredible food/drink. The room is 1 in a million. They even left us celebratory Prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries to our surprise on night 1. Which we enjoyed in the warmed plunge pool, with epic Cabo views in the background.

I came here for my honeymoon primarily because of the amazing view and was pleasantly surprised to find many other aspects of my stay much better than I expected. I've only stayed in a couple other luxury hotels and found them to be underwhelming but the Cape was well worth the cost. Here is a list of what made it a great experience: 1. One of the best views in Cabo 2. Fairly secluded beach surrounded by beautiful granite rock outcroppings. You may even get the beach to yourself. 3. Very comfy swinging day beds on the patio to relax in while enjoying the scenery 4. Bonfire by the beach 5. Infinity pool with swim up bar and good pool service 6. Nice tub for lounging and large shower with dual heads 7. Nice landscaping and layout. Saw a hummingbird in the garden. 8. Cool contemporary style. Though sometimes it tries too hard to be edgy with the artwork. 9. Complimentary bottle of tequila 10. Given complimentary bottle of prosecco and chocolate covered strawberries for honeymoon The primary thing I disliked about the hotel was the main restaurant, Manta. The food is mediocre and way overpriced. Maybe try the ledge instead or the Mediterranean restaurant next door. I also wish the room had some amenities that come with low to mid level hotels. Like a minifridge with space for leftovers, a coffee/tea maker, and maybe a microwave. Though I know these things aren't part of a luxury hotel because everyone just gets room service and throws away the leftovers. A large water dispenser and glasses would also have been nicer than providing small plastic water bottles in request, which is wasteful and less convenient. Overall the Cape provides an excellent experience but could still make a few small improvements.
