We were exceptionally impressed by the beautiful grounds, rooms, pools and lobby area. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and had everything from made to order pancakes, waffles and omelets to local favorites.More

This is our second time taking our family to the grand mayan. The resort is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating. We love Dulce and Lucino, they took great care of our family down at the pool. We look forward to next year.

This location is prime if you want to experience San Jose Del Cabo without having to rent a car! The property is beautiful!! The only downside I found was the exterior entrances to room-at times the walkways got slick on wet/humid days. Landscaping is really...More

We are members and were told by club staff that we had to pay to enter. Why pay? The club music is so loud it overpowers all conversations in the restaurants and the pool areas. Just sit anywhere, including your room, and... More

Hello, planning a trip to The Grand Mayan in September. I've been before but not since the renovations after the hurricane. A few questions: 1. Does anyone have a photo of any of the menus for the onsite restaurants. I'm trying to decide on the food package. Curious of the onsite food selections and prices and the cost of the food packages. Also, any photos of the restaurants would be wonderful! 2. If you do the presentation is there any chance to get upgraded to the top newly renovated floor? I believe this is now considered Grand Bliss or Luxxe? What are the offers when you do the presentation. I don't intend to do it but curious how sweet they make the deal in order to persuade you to do the presentation. 3. Is the spa portion of the gym included in the resort fee, ($30PP PD)? I'm talking about the wet side with the steam, sauna, etc. 4. If you refuse the presentation are you doomed to the 1st floor with no view? Do you have views from the second floor? Basically wondering what my chances are to get a room with a view if I'm exchanging through RCI? Thanks so much for any input!!!
