I only stayed for one night for business but thoroughly enjoyed my stay. A pleasant reminder that this is island time. The restaurant were only able to serve limited options and unfortunately still didn't deliver what was ordered which was disappointing. The staff were great however and were more than friendly at all times. Reception doesn't open till 9am... Be...

This is one of the nicest locations at Point Lookout to have a drink, eat a meal and enjoy the beautiful colours of the sea. We ate three days in a row at the Manta Ray restaurant of this hotel. For one meal we had to wait more than one and half hours for our meal to arrive. In fairness...

We dined at the hotel restaurant 3 times over the last few months. It appears the improvements that were recently introduced have now gone. The waiter service for drinks and meals has stopped and you are given a buzzer to collect you own meals and you have to go next door to bar for drinks. Not what you would expect in a restaurant.

Mini holiday getaway, great location with a view from the bar down stairs. Great food and entertainment on different nights of the week. Spa room located in the reception area for a bit of relaxation to add to the holiday. Pool has a great scenery overlooking the pointlook out beach.

Grate location, the bar has spectacular views, simple but quality food the price is on the up side but it is on and island and the cost dose need to be passed on down the line. We had the basic room witch was great for us as we spent most our days down by the beach and only slept and...

Great location. You need a car to get around if you looking for surf. The hotel was nice, but needs a little more tlc. Spectacular views from the bar area. Minutes walk to two great beaches. Parking onsite. Aircon was great. Cleanliness was good.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback and we are so pleased to enjoyed your time here with us at the "Straddie Hotel". We must certainly agree that the views from the Waves Bar are second to none and it is convenient being situated on a headland nestled between two beautiful beaches. We certainly are spoiled for choice. We look forward...

We visited as a family group of 15 for dinner. It was a busy night so we didn't have unrealistic expectations on our wait for food and we weren't in a rush. However, the general state of the place was disgraceful. The toilets were a health hazard, tables were piled high with dirty dishes and glasses and the wait staff...

We recently stayed here for a couple of nights to catch up with friends and found the hotel rooms a reasonable size for our needs and quite clean. The staff were friendly but the great attraction of course was the location and the magnificent views. Located in a beautiful part of the world and worth the stay.
