Family of 12 had an awesome 7 day experience. First the check in was smooth and front desk was friendly. The 2 queen bed room and bathroom was spacious. The furniture was well kept and nice bathroom amenities. The pictures seen were as promised. Our stay included the continental breakfast which was more than I expected, the fresh fruit, granola,...

Hotel has a great location with oversized rooms. The old building does not have an elevator but the new building does. Nice linens and towels. Friendly helpful staff. Reasonably priced restaurant and a sufficient included breakfast.

Very nice hotel just off centro. You do have to cross a busy street to get here from centro. Great walking track and pool on the roof Thye restaurant has an included breakfast with tasty toast and fresh juice. Pay for an egg breakfast, $4, and you have a nice meal for two. We also had a very nice dinner...

Our adult children and we traveled to Puebla during the holidays, reserving three rooms at the Casareyna Hotel for three nights. Each was well appointed, with simple but elegantly constructed furniture, huge bathrooms with wonderful showers, thick towels, lovely bedding, very nice toiletries. Our room, lodging our son and ourselves, was the largest of the three, with an entry foyer...

We drove to Puebla with a large rooftop carrier atop of my SUV. Upon arrival the concierge advised me that I would not be able to enter the parking garage with the top attached. He assisted me in removing it and then stored in inside the hotel throughout the duration of our stay. Then he rode with me to the...

Beautiful Hotel, friendly staff. Room was fabulous. Good location. Will definitely go back. This was a family vacation. Resturant service was good. Walking distance to main square (Zocalo). Not far from most Historic sites, a short drive.

Casareyna is very well located in downtown Puebla and in a beautiful building but the hotel is cold and the rooms are nice but lack magic. The rooms with outside views are noisy and the the staff tries but is not excellent. The food is very good traditional Poblana cuisine.

Loved the restaurant last February. On return visit to Puebla now we have gotten the pleasure of the hotel. Our accommodation was lovely, inviting and roomy. The time spent here was wonderful. Can't say enough for all the staff which made our visit so special.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the Zocalo and a short drive to most of the rest of the city. The service is definitely first rate. We were there during a very busy holiday season and one of the nights we had a reservation for a very popular restaurant. When the desk Mgr. called to order...

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall had an excellent stay. Specifically we loved our spacious and clean room - the decor is bare and is a combination of modern and old Spanish style. Positives - Excellent location - you can walk to the zocalo, centro, historico, and many other places very very easily. Also, buses to CAPU run...
