The hotel is excellent as is the restaurant. The physical plant is beautiful, the location is great, and the personnel are friendly, professional and competent. Prices were great too. Totally recommend it.

This property is a truly a hidden treasure- (unfortunately it took our driver from Mexico City about an hour to locate it after we arrived in Puebla!). Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms (to include that bathrooms) are huge (largest we've ever stayed), modern, but have retained the Spanish Colonial "feel" that travelers are often looking for. The restaurant...

Perhaps my expectations were a bit high after reading the many glowing reviews for this hotel on tripadvisor, because I wasn't as impressed as most reviewers seem to have been. Although the hotel is very nice and the food in the restaurant is excellent, I'm not completely sure this hotel deserves the top rating it has on this site. The...

Everything about my stay at this hotel was great. The staff is professional and friendly, the room and room amenities are top quality: spacious rooms, satellite TV, free WiFi, nice personal care products, very comfortable bed, excellent quality linens and towels. My room, #207, was above the courtyard outside the restaurant and was very quiet when I had the windows...

A great boutique hotel and truly remarkable for the price. Very tasteful renovation of an old building in the centre. The room was huge, light, beautifully decorated -- ethnic meets modern Mexico -- and clean. I loved the courtyard the window opened onto -- pictured above. The bathroom was equally spacious with good towels and toiletries. Staff helpful -- the...

Casareyna Hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel located a few minutes walk from the historic centre of the beautiful city of Puebla. My husband and I spent three nights in this oasis and enjoyed every minute that we were there. The front desk staff were welcoming, helpful and spoke excellent English. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The king...

Our stay at this hotel was awesome, great spacious, comfortable and nice rooms, fantastic atmosphere, fine art everywhere and a very good and warm service. The people at the front desk are just great, very professional and nice at all times. My father was felt very sick our second night and the girl at the front desk got us an...

We stayed there for only one night out of 9 while on a trip through Mexico and wish we could have stayed longer. The other reviews are all correct, this is a place not to miss and one of the nicest hotels we have ever been to out of many hundreds. First, it is in a historical district and the...

We spent five nights at this attractive Mexican modern style property while attending classes and a congress. It is perfectly located next to the Convention Centre and an easy walk from virtually everything else. Our room was a very welcome peaceful haven after a long day of hectic activities and was spacious, comfortable and attractive as was the large bathroom....

Unlike the bigger more impersonal hotels, Casa Reyna is at the boutique end of the accommodation market. For this couple of New Zealanders it was a perfect base for exploring the centre of Puebla on our way to Mexico City. The rooms are big and we found our one was nice and quiet so we really slept well. The restaurant...
