I love this place. I pass through town once or twice a year, travelling with a well behaved, quiet dog, and am just now getting acquainted with Hotel Casa de la Palma. I'm so happy to have stayed here and this will now be my go-to spot. It is a beautiful, historic hotel that has a great vibe, and is...

I stayed there 2 nights with my family. One of our rooms had roaches, so we were given another room rught away. The rooms are old not in an antique way. The best part of our stay was Ivette. She is very friendly, profesional and on top of everything. Breakfast is ok. Rooms are clean and locations is close to...

I stayed for two nights with 3 more people. The hotel is well located, just one block away from Main Square and Catedral. Rooms are big and clean. Price included eggs, fruit, juice and coffee as breakfast. My only complain is that the service in the front desk was kind of inconsistent. When we arrived, there were two guys attending...

Had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Casa de la Palma in the centro historico of Puebla. What a wonderful place full of history. The rooms are very large (there are only 16 of them) and the location one block from the cathedral is fantastic. Great views from the rooms with a balcony on a relatively quiet street. Breakfast...

Upon checking into the hotel we discovered that someone had urinated all over the toilet seat of the bathroom in our room. The housekeeper came to clean it up and told us that someone had come in from the street, past reception, all the way up to the guest rooms and gone into the room and used the bathroom after...

They would not allow you to make reservations that comply with the credit card policies. They ask you to give them the security code together with all your information. This is just for making a reservation (not even for paying). Who knows if they write and keep the credit card information. Definitely not booking. Be careful with this malicious practices...

This hotel is well located two blocks from El Zocalo town center. It is an old building that was a one point someone's large home. We were sold on it being "boutique" but old does not make a hotel boutique. The hotel room was large, we had a two bedroom with a large bathroom. There were a few things we...

We love this old, antique hotel. The people at the front desk are great. They treat our dogs great and the rooms are decorated with fabulous art, scuptures and furniture of character. The location is amazing only a block to one of the prettiest Historic Squares in all of Mexico. Their are many great restaurants within a couple of blocks...

We spent three nights at the Hotel Casa de la Palma. Overall, it was great. Here are the plusses: Amazing location one block from the Zocolo in the center of the historic district. Building is chock full of charm and each room has high ceilings, old furniture and a unique theme (we were in the Marcel Marceau room). Staff was...
