I was excited to be coming here for a day trip with family while visiting in Mexico! The small city of Puebla is absolutely charming. Lots of shops with hand made crafts, beautiful people and good vibes. The mineral springs are a bit father on up into the mountains. They are in a really beautiful location! We visited on a...

We only went to the aguas termales but it was fun and nice to feel the hot water. The surveillance needs to be improved though because there were people that needed to be reprimanded for doing bad stuff. One lady was cutting her nails in the pool which was disgusting. The pools are not deep at all so if someone...

Quite a pricey charge for the hotsprings and the hotel is quite outdated! This hotel has the rights to all of the hotsprings so they can charge almost as they please ... the hotsprings are quite nice but they are expensive ... for a private bath they are charging over 400 pesos per hours which is quite steep. The hotel...

The hotel connected to the spa has its own private pool, super hot, clean water from the hot springs, and even hotter in the "jacuzzis" (more like small pools) in the rooms. Wonderful buffet meals included. Evening bonfire with marshmallows for guests, a walk in the woods in the AM. It's quite a trip down into a pine-bordered ravine to...

Excellent hotel, it had a problem though. Everything was extremely clean but the shower, even the shower room and the floors were clean but the shower was a little muddy. I don't know why they forget to clean that tiny piece of the bathroom. However, everything was really cool. Amazing cuisine, amazing panoramic views, and the best of all was...

On the weekends the hotel offers live music, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with many fresh and tasty options. There's also a private area above the public pools that is exclusively for guests. We will definitely be coming back.

I didn't stay at the hotel but I used the public pool area but it was too crowdy and unorganized. The pool itself can get really hot, depends on the area of the pool. I went there on weekday and the place was filled with people. The changing room and the restroom was filthy and I wouldn't go back.

A beautiful place in the lower part of a canyon where you can bathe in natural hot waters and enjoy the views and the excellent service of the staff. Food is also very good with many options that include local bread and Mexican dishes. The spa offers massages and other treatments, the most interesting the "Temazcal" which is a two...
