It is an old colonial house, very welll preserved with modern furniture. Beds are great with many pillows. We stayed in a king size bedroom and my children in a double queen facing a very nice terrace. Restaurante is also very good, except for the coffee! We had breakfast, (included) . Walking distance to zócalo, cathedral, many museums, restaurantes. Don't...

This place is a gem in Puebla. Was clean with clean towels, clean sheets and excellent staff. Close to walk to the downtown and plenty of little stores around. Free water, free excellent breakfast everything I got was yummy the staff were attentive and nice. This is great hotel if you want to avoid crowds as it only has 15...

Puebla has such a beautiful old historic center, and in the middle of it you will find the Hotel Casona San Antonio. It is the "real" thing. Staying here is not for those who cannot climb stairs (even though they have rooms on the first floor, the best ones with the most light are upstairs), nor is it for those...

We had 2 very enjoyable nights here. We found all the staff really friendly, helpful and obliging. Its a clean hotel - rooms, courtyards, kitchen and restaurant. The breakfasts (included) were really fabulous - freshly squeezed juices, omelettes, tasty coffees. A great start to the day. We also had dinner in the hotel one night - again, recommended as the...

We stayed here for two nights in July. At first we were shown to a room with windows opening onto an internal courtyard, but when we requested a room with windows opening over the street, we were quickly and efficiently transferred with no problem, and at no further expense. The hotel was comfortable and very well placed in the centre...

The hotel is good, but the reception is not. People at the reception are not kind and, before leaving, when the receptionist checked that I didn't say in the questionnaire that his service was good, he harassed me asking me why in a very annoying way. I think that is totally unacceptable, because he is obliged to reflect and improve,...

Casona San Antonia is a great hotel in an excellent location for exploring the most beautiful and well-kept city in Mexico. The hotel rooms are very high quality with every amenity you could want - A/C, iron, TV, hairdryer, minibar, coffeemaker, etc. The hotel is located in a beautiful old building, among the many beautiful old buildings in Puebla. It's...

Used this hotel as a home base for my family coming from San Diego, CA for the wedding. We booked three rooms for over the weekend, and could not have been more pleased. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Each room had its own AC unit, TV, and the room with two double beds served as a meeting place for...

I have been to Puebla several times now and this is the best hotel I stayed in yet. The location is perfect, only a few blocks from the main city square in the old part of town. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the best part is the breakfast which offers a nice variety and is very delicious.

Stayed 3 nights, very good location and very clean. Staff were very nice and the cook to order breakfast is very good. The rooms by the street are very noisy due to passing cars, buses ECT. We stayed in room 16 and did not sleep well the first night. However we changed to room 10 and had a very peaceful...
