My worst experience in camino real angelopolis puebla I found several hairs on bed and floor it was so gross... its suppost to be a 5 star hotel. I ask to change them and the person was so mind. The bathroom looks dirty and the living room of the Suite is full of dust. Be careful!!!!

I went to Puebla for a congress and the oficial hotel were Camino Real.. The place is nice and the actitude of the personal is great. They were trying to let us have a great time and try to care for the other guests. The breakfast is good and you can choose the cold breakfast or the "hot" with the...

We stayed there for two weeks. We booked on the Hotel area, but became a room at the new area "hotel and suites". The furniture is new. But the rooms are smaller. Nor mini bar (refrigerator is important when travelling with baby). And the bathroom is very small. In compare to the badrooms at the hotel zone. We asked for...

There was a SPIDER in my bed and in the shower!. Normally I choose a Camino Real Hotel, but this hotel in Puebla is below expectations. when I found the spider I was screaming and call the reception, but NO ONE went to the room, not even the manager; and obvoiusly not even apologized or something. I did inmediately my...

Stayed there for 3 months. Good Service, The lofts are nice and the hotel is good located. Valet parking or self parking (free) at the supermarket garage. Free wifi. Pool. Nice roof garden. Try to get a room facing the golf place, otherwise the Atlixcayotl csn be noisy

Well, since it's a Camino Real my expectations were high. Let's start with the room, we stayed at a club area (new area) this is located at the adjacent tower, to get to our room it was a long walk, the gym it's small but we never found it busy, the room was clean and furniture looks new; the mini...

We stayed in Puebla to visit our family, and chose the Camino Real Angelopolis due to it's location and the size of it's swimming pool. The Camino Real is a good hotel, but not great. The rooms are pretty nice, but small details have to be pursued to make it a very good hotel. The staff was hard working, and...

Here for a conference for 3 days and overwhelmingly unimpressed. If you go to Puebla, stay downtown or somewhere nicer unless you need to be here for a specific reason such as the location next to a golf course or exactly in Angelopolis for work. Camino Real seems like a brand new hotel but is kind of a shell of...

The room was perfect, the price was not. The restaurant was good but way overpriced. The front desk misplaced my credit card guarantee, and the way I found out was to walk a hundred yards and find my key disabled. After return to the front desk they found that it was their mistake so they said, "okay you're all set"....
