We had a reservation for two nights; we stayed one, and wished we could have gotten out earlier. Our room, on the second floor, had roaches and did not smell good. The hot water handles didn't work on the sinks, the air was bad, the...More
Great place to stay in Puebla. Easy walking distance (5-10 mins) to the historic centre. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were always available and ready to help.
Beds were a little harder than I like, but no worse than any other hotel like this....More
Location is central, between Zocalo (10-minute walk) and Paseo Bravo park (5 minutes), both of which are safe, green and pleasant places to relax (if you don't mind the mosquitoes!!). The numerous sites of interest in the city centre are walkable. Affordable and reasonably comfortable,...More

Bring warm pyjamas and an extra blankets, just in case. I stayed in March and was very comfortable since the beds have good blankets but it never got that cold at night. I'm not sure about double beds but the staff is very good for responding to emails so don't hesitate to ask. Who knows, if you really remind them they might even have a space heater available for you but that's only a guess on my part. My advice is get in touch with them, stay in touch, get clear answers and concessions but prepare for the worst. Still, it is a decent little hotel and I hope you enjoy your time there.
