This is a great choice of hotel if you want to explore beautiful downtown Puebla. I stayed for a night with my 13 year old son. We got Suite Maria on the upper level. The room is stunningly nice if you like design-style hotels. Bathroom could not be bigger and beds are as comfortable as in any Marriott. Everything is... More

Puebla is a beautiful city and staying at El Sueno made the trip memorable. We had a room on the first floor, with a bit more natural light coming in than on the ground floor. The hotel patio is a pleasant place to relax, with its fountains and beautifully selected houseplants. A la carte breakfast was included in the room... More

The El Sueno Hotel is very small and beautiful, located very close to an active and fun zocalo. We stayed for 4 nights and the staff remembered us from the moment we arrived. Don't be surprised if your bellman also serves as the morning waiter and evening bartender! Our room (and the hotel) was spotlessly clean, and when we called... More

We stayed at El Sueño Hotel & Spa for a long weekend last year. Everything was nice, food at the restaurant was good and we had every place in town was near enough. Room (Frida) was small but quite comfortable for two. A little noisy as we had the terrace in front of our door/window but in general, we spent... More

My husband and I stayed at El Sueño for one night before, and one night after, a one week drive trip through Veracruz state. We took the deluxe bus from the Mexico City airport to the Flecha Roja bus station in Puebla and then took a cab to the hotel. I loved the combination of the contemporary furnishings, art and... I have been in Puebla with my boyfriend at the end of December and we stayed at El Sueno Hotel. I have chosen this hotel thanks to the travelers' opinions, in my reservation I asked for the “Viridiana” room and they gave me just this room. The hotel is just a few steps from the zocalo, it was really good,... More

We spent three lovely days here. The staff was amazing, professional, and attentive. We were upgraded to a bigger room for the same price; they moved our luggage into our new room and set it up nicely for us while we were out and about. We had a couple of meals in our room, and it was done very nicely... More

We stayed in a basic "suite" and paid 1520 pesos, including all taxes and breakfast in the morning. Overall, this is a very beautifully designed boutique hotel near the heart of the historic center. The hotel occupies a small sliver of space on 9 Avenida Oriente. The 12 rooms are on two floors that occupy the right side of the... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, and had a wonderful time. The staff were absolutely fantastic, couldn't do enough for us, and contributed hugely to our stay in Puebla. Our dodgy grasp of Spanish saw us struggling at a number of other hotels during our trip to Mexico, but all the staff here spoke excellent English and were happy to... More

My husband and i booked the romantic package for one night to celebrate our two year anniversay. This tiny boutique hotel has so many pluses that the few glitches that happened during our stay were erased. THE HOTEL The hotel is beuatiful, a combination of a tradicional mexican courtyard and a modern approch to decoration. The name of the Hotel... More
