This is indeed a very nice hotel; elegant, workers are extremely attentive from reception to room service to waiters food is great and very close to the university. BUT and it is a huge BUT. DO NOT under any circumstances accept room 301 RIO. It is a disaster. The electric pump that gives pressure to the water system is connected...

This must be the best price/quality you can get for a Boutique Hotel... the rooms are very clean and all the areas are pretty much nice to enjoy... the service is OK, not the very best you can get, but I really can't complain, helpful at the end. The location is superb, the town square is about 7 min walking,...

When I noticed how inexpensive this room was, I was concerned the place would be a dump. Quite the contrary. It's a charming multi-level property with a pool and a lovely terrace with tinkling fountains for meals and drinks. The fact that breakfast was included for two people was mind blowing. Service was great, AC worked perfectly, Its just a...

I love this hotel. It is small but the service is great. The staff is excellent. I do not speak Spanish but they were so helpful and just always willing to please. The front desk staff was great. I only remember the name of one, Itzel. She was very helpful in helping to find activities of my interest. It was...

My husband and I decided to stay here due to the good reviews, and also the price was great. The hotel is a house that was converted into a hotel. At night the views are pretty. Our room which was located behind the front desk was more on the small side. The room being so close to the front desk...

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool. Very good value and a high standard of room, with all the amenities of a modern quality hotel. The bathroom did have a few stray hairs, and the spa bath did not work, but generally it was impressive. The hotel also has a nice bar/terrace, and the quality of the drinks was...

I stayed at this hotel for the Hay Festival in Xalapa and was expecting good things after reading other reviews. On the whole I was disappointed. Whilst there are some nice design touches, and on initial arrival it seemed like a good boutique hotel, there were several things that let it down for me... - Noise: Our room was located...

Brand new boutique hotel in Xalapa, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Room was very nice and bed was really comfortable. However, room was a bit noisy and bathroom was rather small. Dining and entertainment area at this hotel are fantastic, with a great terrace and an outstanding view of Xalapa. Restaurant is very good, enjoyed both a great...

The location and the beautiful view make of this hotel the best place to stay in Xalapa; The jazz nights and the food/wine options are excellent, the pool is really a great place to relax, and the rooms have everything you need for a great stay. Would definitely come back!!!

SIMPLY SUPERB!! CHIC, CLEAN, CONVENIENT, NEW, ELEGANT, CARING, A WINNER!! We are freshly returned from a totally enjoyable adventure to Xalapa Mexico, a city of charm and beauty that is unfortunately too undiscovered, perhaps one might say that that is why it is so intriguing and unique. We had excellent accommodation and I would like to share what we discovered...
