First impressions were good, even though toilet/shower room is directly off the kitchen rather than upstairs.
On closer inspection found that pillow cases and duvet cover were stained and tired, dirty windowsills and lots of cobwebs.

We stayed one night at the Stables and received a warm welcome on arrival after a long drive.
The accommodation was clean and well laid out and the breakfast parcel with cereals milk and fresh bread was an uxpected and excellent touch.
