Small Hotel, not that many rooms, great service. Staff is very nice and helpful, we had a great dinner, the room was perfect and the breakfast was great. We also had dinner that evening and everything was above standards.

Decided to have a meal with family at The Boot on Boxing day as a treat. Thought it would be manic and rushed, but quite the opposite. Rick and his staff really looked after us and the food was especially good, one of the best meals we've had here (fish dishes always hit the spot)...... Couldn't wish for a better...

Maybe the best Sunday lunch I have ever had , the Chicken Kiev starter made by Darrius was sublime , superb Derbyshire roast beef accompanied by a good selection of fresh veg , with the Boots own "Santa's boots " beer can it get any better ?. From the kitchen porters to managers the place run like a well oiled...

Living in Repton we are blessed with choice of fine dining in and close to the village. We often venture further afield to check new venues, joining friends and family at their ends of town. Time and time again we conclude that The Boot Inn represents the finest 'easy dining' experience and fabulous English pub experience for literally miles around....

First visit and we booked a evening meal for 4 with friends. Saturday night 7pm the Pub was busy as expected, rammed and quiet noisy. Saying we had booked 4 weeks ago, our table was by the door and quite drafty. The Staff stated they had overbooked and so no other tables available so we had no choice but to...

Have already submitted a report but it appears to have been closed! It is my opinion, I have always provided constructive experiences and in this instance, the issues regarding the accommodation ,restaurant and, price difference between the trip adviser room quote and the Boot quote were all authentic. I assume it was the manager who offered sincere apologies on Saturday...

We stayed here overnight on our way to a family wedding on 28 October. The staff who greeted were friendly, smiling, and extremely accommodating (no pun intended). The rooms were amazing, and the food in the restaurant fabulous, accompanied by great service. We have booked again for December when we're coming up for another wedding.
