We stayed in the Milking Parlour and there are lots of positive reviews of the garlic farm cottages but none of the milking parlour. I would recommend you come and stay at the Garlic Farm but certainly NOT in this cottage! While the setting is beautiful and there peacocks right on your doorstep are amazing the house was falling apart....

There are two aspects of this review for which I feel we could provide an apology. The rest of it I find extraordinarily exaggerated and very unhelpful for future guests who wish to make a balanced judgement as to whether this property is right for them, which is supposedly the whole point of Trip Advisor. If you feel the property...

Kiln Cottage, just one of a (small) number of converted farm buildings clustered around what was originally the farmyard of Mersley Farm, proved to be an absolute delight and an ideal centre for our visit to the Isle of Wight. Everywhere that we wanted to visit was within easy reach - indeed the Garlic Farm complex of shop restaurant and...

Such good value, especially if you love Garlic and Peacocks!! The location is idyllic, set in historic countryside, first settled about 1000 years ago. It has its own microclimate which can give some real surprises.

We stayed in the smaller Paddock Cottage at the Garlic Farm some weeks ago and we had a fabulous time, aided by some great weather. We enjoyed ourselves that much - and we are big garlic lovers - that we booked in again a few weeks later and this time stayed in the Barn Cottage. We had another great stay,...

We visited Mersley Farm this week, and we had a fantastic time. We stayed in the farmhouse cottage, which I think is the smallest one, but it was very comfortable and extremely clean. We really appreciated a little welcome package of gifts from the garlic farm! The cottages are in a stunning spot on the island, and it was lovely...

Thank you so much for that lovely review Elizabeth. Just wanted to say we are getting a new router put into famrhouse cottage which should be sorted soon but I am sorry it was not as good as it could have been during your stay.

We stayed here in Little Mersley Cottage with our entire family last year & were entirely satisfied so this year booked up for just three of us in the delightful Kilne Cottage which in some ways was even better. There was still the warm welcome & magnificent setting of this enchanting garlic farm but this time we enjoyed a delicious...

We visited the Isle of Wight at the beginning of July, staying in Paddock Cottage. The cottage was well equipped and we enjoyed the walks around the farm every morning; spectacular views and amazing wildlife. The shop and restaurant were excellent and everyone friendly and helpful, especially Jenny and Hugo. There's nothing I can add that hasn't already been said!...

Kiln Cottage-Everything about our stay here was great, the cottage was spacious, very clean and well equipped, with 3 bathrooms for 4 of us! Great to have a private little courtyard garden to sit out in, with the peacocks/chickens wandering nearby. The garlic farm is definitely worth exploring, great food in restaurant (not open in the evenings) and a lovely...

We have just spent the week in the Isle of Wight enjoying a family holiday and stayed at Mersley Farm. Our holiday was simply stunning, the barn we stayed in was perfect, just as described online, the virtual tour was accurate. The grounds of the farm are so beautiful, very picturesque which made our stay very peaceful. You have access...

We had the most incredible day for our wedding, it was perfect and everything we had hoped for - thank you for all your efforts in organising it! We got married at the Registry but held the reception at the Garlic Farm from late afternoon when the restaurant had shut. The weather was stunning and the farm looked absolutely beautiful...
