Had another excellent stay at Ashen Bank last weekend. Lovely home, lovely garden, lovely pool (although weather was too cold at the weekend), lovely hosts. Deborah and Richard looked after us brilliantly, as always. Superb breakfast, highly recommended.

Ashen Bank must be the best value in the New Forest area. Richard and Deborah were friendly and helpful but never intrusive. The setting on a quiet road in Sway, was lovely - a beautiful home and garden and the room itself was very nice with a private bathroom adjacent. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Amazingly, the price was...

It took a long time to find somewhere available on the dates we wanted. Ashen Bank was a great find. Friendly welcome, lovely breakfast and right in the Forest for walks and cycling. Our bikes were accommodated safely too. Its within walking distance of somewhere to eat in the evening and a small shop for provisions. All good!

We found Aspen Bank after searching the internet for B & Bs in the New Forest. What a find! Richard gave us us a warm welcome and showed us our accommodation which was in the annex over a garage, a large bedroom/lounge area with Shower Room down stairs. Ideal for us to wander n and out with out disturbing owners....

We stayed for 5 days while cycling in the area. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. Good facilities, comfortable beds - bathrooms not en-suite. Excellent full English breakfasts. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Great place to tour the New Forest.

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 night stay at Ashen bank and really did not want to come home. Hosts were very welcoming and our room had everything we could want or need. Breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs from the hosts two chickens. The B&B is set in a lovely village with a wonderful pub the Hare...

Ashen Bank was the perfect place from which to explore the delights of this beautiful part of England. Tucked away down a country lane, right on the edge of the forest, the house was a haven of tranquility in beautiful surroundings (the gardens are glorious!). Debbie was a caring, welcoming and endlessly kind hostess, full of suggestions for things to...

Ashen Bank is a great little find in the small village of Sway a few miles off the main beat and track of the main touristy spots of the New Forest. A two minute walk from the depths of the forest, you feel really immersed in the wilds of nature, whilst at the same time being a 5 minute walk...
