This hotel is clean. But it is very old and dated. Our room was not the smallest, but it *was* small. It is a pet-friendly hotel so useful as we were travelling with dog. Staff were very friendly. The biggest con was the price. Paid almost $250 for one night. Could have booked other hotels for considerably less, just that...

This by no means is an upscale hotel, yet it was clean and did the trick for sleeping after long days on the slopes. It was a great location just far enough away from the busy-ness of the main drag in Banff, yet no more than a ten minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops. We found it...

We were really impressed with how clean our room was. The price was an excellent price point for a hotel in Banff. Great location, quiet and the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had three adults in our party, so finding a room that accommodated us all comfortably was a bit challenging. We decided on the one bedroom suite here, which has a Q bed in the area where you first walk in, another Q bed in the closed off bedroom, and a pull out sofa...

Great friendly staff, great rates for rooms with mountain views. And very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay due to vehicle troubles. The location is perfect for a quick, easy walk down the avenue.

We stayed here over Christmas. Staff at the front desk were very helpful, they made our stay that much more pleasant. We got there early in the day and the gentleman at the front desk gave us a call when our room was ready (early) which helped us a lot since we were travelling with small kids. My kids got...

Stayed here for ski trip into Lake Louise and Sunshine village. Liked the location, close to downtown, and ski shuttle stop. The parking for sedans and SUVs are covered. Higher cars need to use the outdoor parking. The cleaning needs some work. We found stains on the bed sheets. Other than that, the hotel is pretty convenient. We liked the...

Spent three nights here just before Christmas. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms had character - spacious layouts with large windows. We really enjoyed the new hot tub area. We will be back!
