Although the rooms are quite dated, they were spacious and clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is really good, close to the town centre and a few minutes from the beautiful Bow River. We were a bit surprised that the wifi wasn't included though!

I required a basic clean room that was close to the Hospital. The Bow View Lodge fit the bill exactly! Pleasant staff clean rooms across the street from the hospital - and not exorbitantly priced! Thank you so much!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, and we were glad to leave. It's not really bad, it just needs some love. The whole place is very dated, from the bathroom fittings to the tv. The walls are thin, we could hear the people next door. The 2nd level that we were on had a pub carpet smell...

We have stayed here a few times and have always been happy with everything! The staff are friendly and helpful. The location cant be beat, its across from the Bow river and a couple blocks away from the shops and restaurants. Sunday brunch at the Chinook in the hotel across the alleyway is the best in town. And most importantly...

This motel is connected to the hotel in front of it so you can use the pool and steam room at there location. It is good and clean and offers one of the best values for accommodation in Banff which tends to be expensive in high season.

Nothing fancy here but your in Banff so you will be outside more than in. Pleasant looking rooms. Clean and comfortable. A little dated but again this is reasonably priced and in a good location to all things to see and do in Banff keep the price down so you can afford Banff. The river views are awesome and yes...

Service was good and the front desk woman was great. Little dated and small. I expected more. Great location for what I needed, but I would spend the extra money to stay with updated amenities and a bit larger room. Overall was good.

Hard beds, small crt tv(1990's), no air conditioning, small hard chairs thankfully a love seat, very tight parking lot, extra cost wifi, train noise and horn all night long(communities can usually stop that, you would think a tourist centre in a national park could)...Now the positive, a nice view. Written after only 4 hours sleep due to the above.
