We stayed here for a week and found the room and facilities really good. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It's only a short walk into main shopping area and parks. The pool is quite nice and has a few hot tubs which is nice to relax in while enjoying the snow mountain views! Avoid the connecting restaurant though as very...

We've stayed here twice in the last year. It is older but the rooms have everything you need. We get the one bedroom suite for the extra space. Our son really loves the pool area, we spent a lot of time there. We only had breakfast at the restaurant, it was good. The location is perfect for going downtown, it's...

Great room size seems like a new Reno and really like the artwork. Close enough for a nice walk Downtown. Only eat in restaurant once nothing special. Tegan on the front desk was so helpful giving us great tips on where to eat and sent us on a magical hike to tunnel mountain where we watched the sunset and would...

We spent the night here on a recent trip to Banff. The location was very convenient to the shops and restaurants on Banff Ave. An easy walk to just about anywhere. The rate was reasonable and the rooms were comfortable, and a bit on the rustic side.

I have to admit I do understand Banff is a location of fun and excitement especially for the late night folk after a good day of skiing or exploring the mountain ranges or just being in a tourism destination place to pub it up. Hotels have the pleasure in serving all who come and servicing them to a homestead away...

I would recommend this place for those wanting to stay in Banff on a budget. It's great for families, with the pool and two hot tubs. The rooms are nicely laid out and the One Bedroom Suite is nice with the doors if you want some privacy and was on the third floor, so we really enjoyed that! It also...

The hotel is a few blocks from shopping. It is adjacent to a restaurant that specializes in fondues. Within walking distance of other restaurants. There is a pool and a hot tub available. The beds are very comfortable.

Stayed for 2 weeks-comfortable-close to everything in Banff-so clean-courteous staff-bus to resorts right at door-excellent hot tubs and pool-Chad and Trevor at front desk felt like friends! All service in Canada is fantastic but staff at High Country Inn go above and beyond to make stay great-we will return next ski season for sure!

I would have to say great value for your dollar in Banff. I always wanted to stay at this hotel because of the attached restaurant (Ticino). The hotel is a little dated now but has well trained, efficient and very friendly staff. Our room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the pool and the location of this...

Stayed 1 night in the Executive Suite. It was good value for the price. Within walking distance to downtown. Pool was clean. Only complaint is the room was too hot. Had to open a window. There was a lot of street noise that kept us up most of the night. Would stay again for the price.
