We stayed here for 2 nights in December. The front desk staff were nice. The hotel is on the main street of Banff about a 5 min walk from the main downtown area. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and 2 hot tubs. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a cute cabin feel to them. The lobby area...

Stayed for 5 days starting on New Years Eve in the Executive Suite. The room was updated like the newer pictures, clean, and comfortable. The common area (of the suite) was a little smaller than expected and the view is of the street but still beautiful but no big deal. Check in was smooth and every staff member I talked...

Visited Banff in January 2017 and stayed here for 4 nights. We had an executive suite for 3 adults and 1 toddler - room worked out well for us. Clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Good location - short walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown, and the airport shuttle as well as guided tour buses make...

Close to the centre of Banff. The room was comfortable, although we suffered some minor technical issues with the TV and fire. The staff dealt with these problems quickly and efficiently and we were compensated for the inconvenience. Very friendly, courteous staff.

Well that's what you get for leaving it to the last minute at a busy time of year. Quite outdated but had everything we needed, large room which was nice, comfy beds, bathroom and coffee. Staff were ok not real welcoming but we did arrive late around 9pm. Easy walk into town as it's on the Main Street which is...

We stayed here with family including several young kids for 2 nights. The rooms were a good size although basic and both rooms had a balcony. The location is great as on the Main Street in Banff so easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars and walking trails. Great spot. There is also secure underground parking. The kids also...

This hotel is located right on the main drag of Banff. It features, secure, private underground parking which is a plus for how busy Banff is. Our room on the second floor was huge with 2 separate bedrooms and a small balcony overlooking Banff Avenue. It is an easy walk to most restaurants and stores in town. There is a...

The good: comfy beds, great shower head, clean, friendly staff, convenient location The bad: The room was so hot we had to have the AC on all night, street noise, one slow elevator, cramped parking garage. I read a lot of reviews talking about how hot the rooms were in the summer. I didn't expect that to be an issue...

We were visiting Banff on the low season and we were not disappointed!! The staff was really friendly and helpful. The lobby looks very lovely. We were in a nice room on the third floor with 2 huge beds, it was very clean. We had a nice view on the mountains. The bathroom was clean, too. I have nothing negative...
