The service from all of the staff was above and beyond. It was as sensational as the scenery. Awesome meals and a friendly and fun atmosphere. A must stay location. We are coming back. A huge thanks to all of the staff

Glorious ski conditions this weekend. The atmosphere on the hill was energetic and lively. Suite was adequate. The ample storage to put things away and hang up ski stuff made up for the small space. Was disappointed no bedding was provided for pull out couch especially when we booked for 2 adults and 2 children. We had to call twice...

My 2 teenage children and I have just spent the final ski weekend of the season at Sunshine Village in Banff Alberta. The staff were helpful and the hotel ran smoothly while at full occupancy on the last weekend of the season. Well done!

too bad you don't have a more aggressive, competent Marketing Dept. It was at least our 20th visit and as usual everything was excellent! food, drink, service ,hot tub, entertainment (except too loud from outside), snow conditions, all were, as usual, unbeatable! And right on the mountain-side!

They were all great! Luggage people, front desk, restaurants. Only weird thing was people who were kicked out and cut off in the chimney corner restaurant. They weren't doing anything and we were the closest table but maybe we didn't see what went before. Anyway, great trip and would definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed at Sunshine Mountain Lodge over May long weekend. The weather was gorgeous and the skiing was great. Staying at the Lodge was a extra treat. We loved the convenience of being able to ski-in and ski-out. The rooms were comfy, the view was gorgeous (including breakfast on the balcony)! The hot tub was a welcome...

I like most everything about the in except the food quality. Trappers never disappoints but the dining room disappoints every time. I will have to just go to trappers for diner from now on. I guess the cooks are skiers whom need a means to an end. Only other thing is my son is gluten and dairy free and there...

All aspects were very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only slightly problem was the high amount of pepper in our meals at the restaurant. Would love to stay again. Were lucky to catch late season snowfall.
