We've just come back from a fabulous 4 day get away to Sunshine Mountain Lodge. We were there for a family wedding. The staff were very supportive of all of us, and went out of their to accommodate our needs, even offering discounts for things like ski rentals. Because of the numbers, we did find restaurant service slow at times... More

Not a bad place to stay but be prepared to wait for everything!!! Service is beyond slow. Staff didn't seem to know much about the place. Both mornings i had to get up from my table and get my own drink at the restaurant. One day after waiting 30 mins at a table we finally had to ask someone to... More

I always enjoy my stay here so I don't want to complain. The shower curtain in 521 is several inches too short and impossible to keep the water in the shower. This is going to cause you great damage. Just saying. Thanks again.

The ski/snowboard instructors were amazing, but the hotel left a lot to be desired. Staff was friendly but untrained and inexperienced, rooms were noisy/could hear everything in the halls and adjoining rooms, food is mediocre, and they accused us of breaking a bed which we did not.

I have stayed at Sunshine Mountain Lodge, and skied at Sunshine since 2002. My "Deluxe" room turned out not to be that at all. It was in the old main lodge. The walls are paper thin. A crying todler next door kept us up for ours on both nights of our stay. Due to a wedding they were not able... More

Walls paper thin - i could hear my neighbours talking, music etc. Service friendly but not fast. Waited an hour for breakfast order to be served in restaurant. Asked front desk to restock tea and milk in the room but it never came. Staff are young and seem out of their element.

We stayed in the lodge for the weekend of Nov 25-27 2016. There was a wedding taking place at this location for the weekend as well and we did not feel like we were put out by this. The food was great and the staff were extremely friendly. We did have an issue on Saturday morning at breakfast - our... More

Will come back:) Hotel is older, but well kept. Rooms dose not have a fridge but everything else is perfect. Service was very good, food was good too but a bit pricey, I wish that they had coffee included in to the breakfast price.
