Worthy ski mountain. A couple more strategically placed lifts would definitely improve the experience for getting around to different terrain. But lots of great skiing terrain. Hotel is a little pricey considering the limited resources but very quaint and cozy. Only real complaint was having larger lofted suites over the top of small quiet rooms. Constant loud stomping from family...

I would visit again, but would stay in the NEW rooms..... the Lodge is more like a step above camping and it was hard to tell the difference between rooms and blogs when booking. Plus the official website was impossible because it was on the fritz for weeks when I was trying to book. Gondola is cool way to make...

Enjoyed everything except long delay to get our food at the hotel restaurant one morning. Restaurant was not busy, order was just simple eggs and toast. If you are willing to pay pay pay for a great location then go for it.

One of our best Canadian Ski Resorts doesn't disappoint. Friendly hard working staff and good snow. Lots of choices for meals. We are so lucky as Calgarians to have this in our own back yard. Only suggestion is that the runs could stay open longer in the spring as there is plenty of light and the snow is best when...

This is the only ski-in/ski-out property in Banff, and there is none in Lake Louise. For the high price, I was honestly expecting more. Maybe I overpaid by going at holiday time. Our room, the largest and best they offer for a couple, was dated and cramped. No safe, no fridge, minimal amenities. The walls must be thin, as we...

Lift attendants look so bored. Not very sociable in comparison to the staff at castle mountain. Serving staff was excellent. Was nice to stay on the mountain but also felt trapped because we we not able to leave the resort after 5 pm due to gondola closure. Was kinda like having a curfew. And when not a lot is happening...

We come here every Easter with a huge group of families. This was our 5th year! We love to stay on the hill as it caters to everyone's skiing levels and interest. The rooms are nice but very dry and hot. The food service is not great. For such a great resort, the food is average at best.

had an awesome visit and time!!! We enjoyed the hill lines were not long this time. We ate at all locations and the food was great too. The only thing was the dining room did take a while but we did have a large group. Definately the way to go is to stay on the hill. We'll be back again...

It is such a treat to stay on the mountain and watch the sunset and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The food in the lounge was incredible, must try the fish and short ribs! The rooms are so comfy and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room was smaller than expected but clean and cozy. So nice to be able to ski in/ski out. Service in Chimney Corner could have been better but the food was excellent. Check-in and check-out was super easy.
