Excellent stay. Very friendly and helpful staff both at the front desk and restaurants. Excellent food at the Chimney Corner Lounge. Altogether a great stay. Waterfall room has a coffee maker and hot water kettle. Room was clean and well maintained. They provide an in-room humidifier as the cold mountain air is very dry, so that was very helpful. Great little hotel. Lovely restaurant, great hot tub nicely appointed rooms. We had was booked into the Eagles Nest for dinner and there was a group in the attached room that was very loud. We asked to move and the staff were so accommodating they even brought us the menus for both restaurants.

The location is beautiful. We were impressed with the service of all the staff at guest services and the restaurants. They made the check-in and check-out easy. Meals at the Chimney Corner Lounge were very good.

One of my favourite things to do is to stay up at Sunshine for the night. Nice rooms, great hot tub and nice to be first on the lifts in the morning without having to drive. The beds are comfortable and it is very clean.

It was a great trip. Skiing was awesome and the staff were all very good. The only issue was that our bags ended up in a different room and it took about a half hour for the staff to find our bags. Other than that, it was very good.

Thank you for the review. We're happy to hear you enjoyed the skiing and our staff however, we are concerned about the time it took to get your luggage and we'll be following up with our team to ensure that any necessary corrections are made to ensure this does not happen moving forward. My partner, his brother and I stayed at Sunshine Mountain Lodge in January. While the location on the mountain was fantastic and the facilities were great, the customer service was appauling. It's not cheap to stay on the mountain and, as such, guests should be able to expect an excellent level of customer service; however, we constantly felt like we...

It is wonderful to stay on the mountain and walk outside onto the ski hill without the long drive everyday. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The staff are friendly. The problem was the food and limited food choices. It's overpriced and not great for the price. The room had no safe. It would...

The staff were super help full and made sure everything went perfect. We had unlimited clear skies and awesome skiing. Facilities are very beautiful and nicely laid out. The view from our balcony was the entire mountain so you won't miss a thing. After the day pounding the moguls, watching the sun fade and a full moon rise over extreme...
