The rooms are very small, there's very few space to storage your luggage, and the table is for one person only. There was hair on the carpet that did not belong to anybody in my family, that ended up stuck on my socks. Other than that I had the most satisfying experience, just a few steps from the chair lift,...

Went there last month and it was a great experience. it's such a beautiful and unique mountain. The entire crew & staff working there it's so friendly and helpful! They made the whole experience even better. Sunshine Village is also a great place to learn how to ski. They have great ski instructors. If you want to take a ski...

The lodge is nice, but our room had no heat. We had the thermostat at 30C for 2 hours and the radiator remained cold. When we called the front desk, they sent up a tiny space heater and said there was nothing else they could do. The space heater did keep the room warm enough eventually, but no thermostat and...

The rooms don't look that nice in the pictures, but I was pleasantly surprised by how nice they were in real life. The fireplace in the restaurant is really nice, and the family room is pretty cool too

Great service and accommodations with the convenience of being on the hill. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, with the exception of one waitress who was quite frankly rude when serving my teenage daughters. Little disappointed that both at Dinner and at Breakfast there were items not available from the menu - how do you run out of waffles? Overall...

We had never been "out west" to ski. After doing a bunch of research we decided on visiting Banff and Vancouver. Our first stop was Banff, Sunshine Mountain Lodge. The Lodge itself is at 7,000 feet - wow! Stay on the mountain - the views from the "ski in, ski out" rooms are awesome! From the moment you arrive you...

Stayed up at the Sunshine Mountain Lodge after getting a great price online compared to in town at the time. Rooms were dated but overall comfortable and clean, and exceeded expectations. My wife and I ate at Chimney Corner during our stay. Servers were helpful and suggested meals that we both enjoyed. Interactions with servers and porters made our night....

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sunshine Mountain Lodge. The ski instructors for the kids were wonderful and the staff were all very friendly. The nightly activities for the kids were amazing (they really enjoyed the treasure hunt!). The rooms were very hot and we had to sleep with the door open but other than that we loved...

Awesome Awesome Awesome. I would do this every weekend if I could. Staff was excellent everywhere, the Instructors (Jack and Patricia) were amazing The rooms are too expensive without the discount of a Marmot/Sunshine card though.
