It is an ideal place as there is a ski shuttle bus within 5 minutes of the hotel. It is about two blocks from the main part of the strip where all the restaurants and shops are. I couldn't fault any of the staff, they were all very friendly and polite. The room we stayed in was very clean and...

Best part about this hotel is the location, about 2 blocks walk from the main part of the strip. The 2 outdoor hot tubs were great, as well as the complimentary breakfast. Rooms were pretty average, beds were comfortable, cleanliness so-so. If you're driving, they have a very small underground parkade where you might get a spot if you're lucky,...

Pos: Hotel is near by stop of ski shuttle bus (high country inn), Hot jacuzzi is in ceiling of hotel and not wind. Cons: breakfast is too simple, only a few choose. The room is not same as photo of premium queen room with two queen beds, the washbasin is outdoor of washroom, feel is not good.

Rooms were spacious and clean. No noise at night at all. Hot tub seats about 40. Well laid out property. Breakfast was the best (included) breakfast in town. VERY good location - one block from downtown.

Stayed in the Aspen Lodge for two weeks whilst visiting our son who's working the Canadian ski season. The hotel was great, plenty of room for the three of us and a great idea to have a room divided by the bathroom/sink area, it gave us all a little privacy. Breakfast was lovely and we all managed to eat a...

We have visited Banff on many occasions at different times of the year, we have stayed at the Banff aspen lodge 5 times now, we enjoy the breakfast with the selection offered. The hotel is close enough to town it's only a short walk, the staff are always really helpful especially on our recent visit for 11 days. Nothing was...

Stayed here for 14 nights booked via 'Crystal Ski' tour operator. Reception staff were always helpful / cheerful with any queries we encounted The room was large and clean, albeit a little worn in places (chipped furniture - a couple of items). Although the room was large 2 x king beds the wardrobe / storage space was limited for guests...

Stayed for 11 nights on our 3rd visit to this hotel. We were in a premium room which had a separate living area and generally a good size. Room has all amenities you could ask for - coffee maker & kettle with daily replenishments of tea and coffee, mini fridge, free safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, fans...

Banff is beautiful, tranquil, breathtaking. The lodge was cosy, I feel that they need an extractor fan for the kitchen as it can become quite heated and smelly when cooking in the cabins. Good location for all travellers and loved the fireplace in the cabin.

Don't expect to sleep - loud banging and other noise can be heard easily in the room. Housekeeping is awful, found several dirty socks under the beds, and the room had a permanent smell of bad seafood. Outdoor hot tubs are great and of course it's nice to be in Banff, but there are so many other options - book...
