Stayed here for 9 nights. My room was on the third floor and was huge! On two levels, 2 beds, a bathroom and a toilet upstairs. My room was allocated on arrival. There was also a very handy little kitchen with everything that you may need. The hotel is really lovely and the decor is warm and homely. The front...

We liked the location, room, facilities and the friendly reception service. If you head down Banff Avenue you are in town. If you head up Banff Avenue you are heading towards the attractions like Lake Louise. There are laundry facilities which are cheap, a gym and pool. The room is comfortable and the sink is Seperate to the toilet/shower area....

The beautiful property situated on Banff Avenue. The rooms were nice, clean and decent for the price paid. Swimming pool was under renovation but view was too good. Parking, Lobby, Housekeeping everything was perfect and up to the mark. Carrying own food so didn't try breakfast.

We stayed in this edge of town hotel for two nights on our travels. The hotel was clean and the room comfy. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and had breakfast there on our last day. Both meals were fine, although breakfast was limited in range of foods available. Would be happy to stay there again. It's...

I have been visiting Banff every year since 2013 and always stay at this hotel, having just been reading through the latest reviews and came across a very negative review and give kudos for the response from the Hotel, i have witnessed some very difficult customers whilst staying at this hotel and on all occasions the staff have always been...

The Rundlestone is a bit further to the shops and restaurants compared to some of the other hotels, but the advantage of that is it's away from the noise. We didn't mind the walk. I booked a king bed room, but asked to be changed to a queen double so I could get better sleep, and the receptionist obliged right...

We spent two nights at Rundlestone Lodge. Nice room and view. It's further down Banff Ave. from town than some of the other hotels, but not a bad walk or drive. Nice friendly staff and a decent value.

We stayed here for two nights on a holiday. This was actually a replacement as our original booking for Juniper was overbooked with our online provider. Check in was seemless and quick. There was free parking underground. The rooms are very spacious and we were given two double beds in our room. The free wifi was very good also. We...

First off, it has underground parking! If you have been to Banff, you know parking is limited. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown. The hotel is a bit older but kept in very good shape. The double queen room we had was very, very nice. Comfy bed, two easy chairs with a table in between. We were...

Room was clean, beds very comfortable, & all amenities! Check in staff were lovely & very helpful not to mention Mike, one of the Managers. We arrived at the end of the day & opted to eat in the hotel restaurant - food was excellent: I had the lobster ravioli w/prawns & scallops while my husband had the trout -...
