A lovely hotel in the centre of Banff. Within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights whike touring Canadacwith 38 other people. The pool was used on all 3 if the days we were there to relax after long days touring. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights out of the 3...

Great gem in the town of Banff! One of the few air conditioned hotels in the whole town, which proved to be an asset in +34 heat. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and the room was very clean. Room had a nice balcony to sit on and enjoy the mountain view. A little bit of a walk from downtown Banff,...

Perfect location in Banff. Rooms comfy and the hot tub and pool a perfect way to loosen off after being on the slopes. 10 minutes walk from the town centre and bus stop beside the hotel for ski areas it's ideal. Hotel restaurant was excellent and the open fire a good way to sit by in the evening. The whole...

We booked Rundlestone Lodge due to the good reviews but I found the room really dark and very dated. Horrible decor. I liked the bath and Body products. The staff were very friendly and the parking was good. We used the pool once. The female changing rooms were really dirty with even a used sanitary towel on the floor and...

Thank you very much for your feedback and we are happy to hear you found some positives during your stay. Regarding your disappointment with the lighting and décor in the room it is worth noting that we are two thirds of the way through an extensive renovation, with the final stage on our third floor due to take place this...

We stayed here one night after flying into Calgary. We have no complaints, the service was great, the room was nice and appropriately rustic. We stayed in one of the hot tub rooms and everything worked well and was clean. The hotel was a little far from the town center, but a nice walk after a big dinner. We would...

View of the mountains from room. Clean, comfortable room. Good drapes that kept the light out at night. Breakfast was good in the dining room. Pool was very nice - lots of towels and chairs. City bus stops right outside park beside hotel.

After reading lots of reviews before booking our king jacuzzi suite for a 5 night stay, I didn't have high expectations due to some negative reviews and didn't know really what to expect. After arriving form a 2 day train ride on the rocky mountaineer we were quite tired and pleased with the check in process. The front desk staff...

The great news about Banff is that it is such a compact town, there really isn't a place that's too far away. Thus, we chose the Rundlestone, even if it is on the edge of town. The price we paid was extremely competitive for Banff, The staff was incredible - very friendly and helpful (everyone we interacted with.) The facilities...

We've been going to Banff since 1998 and had not stayed anywhere else but Rundletone. The location is perfect for us, far away enough from the bustle of downtown and close enough for us to walk to restaurants and shops. We preferred the specialty rooms to the standard rooms simply because of their location in the hotel itself. Although the...

We stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge with friends that had come from Pennsylvania to see some of western Canada on our recommendation. We were told that floors 1 and 2 had been renovated so we made sure we were booked in floor 2. Our friends had reserved months ago and asked for a mountain view. The renovated room had a...

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We have replaced the ceiling tile in the room and have also investigated the condition of the bed and the noise from the air conditioning unit. As one of the very few hotels in Banff with air conditioning in the...
