We loved this quaint little hotel! Views were breathtaking and it felt like we were somewhat staying in the woods. The bistro was amazing and the server at breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed half the week here and the other half at a different hotel in town. We used the shuttle system to make the quick trip...

Located across the highway from the town of Banff at the bottom of Norquay ski hill. Amazing location, tucked away in the wilderness but really close to the town, skiing, and running paths. Front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. Rooms are awesome, some smaller than others but seriously great. Comfortable, clean and not a bad view from any...

What a lovely review of The Juniper Hotel; thank you so much for sharing! Our location is very unique as we are in a secluded area, yet just a two minute drive to downtown Banff and have easy access to activities in the area! Look forward to seeing you again soon. What kind of a hotel does not have a fitness centre?! Considering that's this hotel is located just outside of Banff it would have been nice to at least have a gym for us early risers! Was told to go to the local rec center. Not ok. Some of the staff was quite rude, not all but some. Hot tub...

Chose this hotel as we didn't want to stay in the centre of Banff. We were not disappointed. Quiet location and only 5 mins from the centre of Banff. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very minor niggle was the bistro. Bit fancy for us but would certainly suit other people with a more refined taste.

The staff is what makes a hospitality business so successful and the Juniper staff is amazing!! Super friendly and always there to help and answer any questions you have. The rooms are 5+ stars clean. I always bring my dog and they provide a dog bed, bowls, treats and an extra towel. The Juniper Bistro has amazing food, views and...

We have stayed at this hotel several times and we love it (it's pet friendly). Their hot tub and restaurant are very nice and the rooms very well appointed and quiet. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, as well.

Very happy with our stay at The Juniper. Very reasonable rates for a lovely hotel in Banff! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view from our window very pretty. We had brunch at The Bistro. The food and the service were excellent! We would definitely stay here again when in Banff. Thank you to all the staff!

I had a village view room which does have an incredible view from my window. The room was also fairly spacious which I really appreciate. However, the walls and the floor are so thin that you can hear everything outside of the room so clearly (as mentioned in other reviews). I stayed there for two nights. The first night I...

The Juniper has a great location overlooking Banff. The room I have has a nice balcony and a great picture window with the most spectacular views of the mountains and Banff Springs hotel. The rooms are a nice size with a really comfortable king size bed. The staff are lovely and very welcoming.

This hotel has one of the best views in Banff and is locating right off the highway. The front desk staff welcomed us warmly and gave us enough information to discover the hotel. We had the basic room with mountain view on the first floor - which was more a parking view. If you have the choice to pay a...
