This hotel was kind of extremes for us. On the one hand, gorgeous views with our own balcony and friendly staff. On the other hand the rooms could use some updating (especially the toilets since ours looked rusted out) and the pillows were decidedly uncomfortable. I also found the water pressure pretty low for the shower but could've been the...

We were much impressed with the décor here, which includes original art, in the rooms, the dining room, hallways etc.- a very refreshing change from so many wannabe hi-class hotels that skimp on art. Also, dinner at the restaurant here was excellent, rivalling the best you can find in the Banff area.

Dear Guest, what a great pleasure it was to read your review. Thank you for the kind remarks! It's exciting to hear that you appreciated our art installation around the property. We hope to add more to the collection in other various areas of the hotel. Our Bistro team will be pleased and encouraged even more to hear that their...

We had a great stay here for 4 nights. Highly recommend choosing this hotel for any length of stay in Banff! We got there early & they let us check in, the view from the room was amazing, perfect starting point for many day trips/hikes/drives in and around Banff.

We needed to be in Lake Louise by 8 am, so booked to stay at the Juniper the night before. It was perfect for what we needed. It's close to the highway so we could hit the road easily, and so close to Banff so we could explore there easily as well. It was very quiet - almost too quiet!...

My wife and I visited here for our 4th year anniversary (5 days in total) and I would say that it was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We found the location (outside of the town of Banff overlooking a wonderful valley), style and mood of the hotel immediately homey and comforting. Our room, while smallish...

My wife and I had a great stay here for about 7 days. Rooms are clean and well and modern and staff is very friendly. We arrived early and asked for early check in which they tried to accommodate. We stayed in the upper rooms and had some noise from Trans Can Hwy but not do much it would keep...

Hard bed. Plastic pillow coverings and blanket. Asked for upper floor room to mask the sound of traffic from highway as well as have private balcony. was put on first floor right beside restaurant, meaning we got noise from highway and patrons. As well the "patio" is fairly public, anyone can walk directly beside our room. Don't ever attempt an...

We have stayed at the Juniper several times and each time we leave we look forward to our next visit! Looks can be deceiving as from the highway, this place doesn't look like much. In reality, it has a cozy mountain lodge feel. From the beautiful landscaping to the faint woodsy scent of a fireplace to the hot tub with...

It was our first time staying in Banff, and let me tell you this was the best purchase I've ever made. The check-in was flawless, easy to get to rooms, and we got to the room, and its a decent sized room (we don't need a castle) with all the amenities you could need and the view is BREATHTAKING.. We...
