I did not know this hotel exsisted prior to me searching for my trip, but I'm glad I found it! The view is amazing that overlooks the mountains! The rooms are very large and have a decent sized bathroom. The only thing that's missing is a closet or more room to put clothes somewhere. The staff are very friendly and...

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the Juniper. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The hot tub was "hot" and felt so good after a day of skiing. The hotel is surrounded by natural beauty and we would definitely choose this hotel again and again. Check in was fast and the beds were very comfortable.

I obviously researched some places in Banff before choosing the Juniper. The outside looks a little bad but everything else was amazing. Our view from the room was excellent, facing the mountains. The restaurant was even better. My favourite part would definitely be the hospitality. From the front desk to the waitresses everyone was so accommodating, approachable and polite. Will...

We've eaten at the Bistro before but this was our first time staying at the hotel and we highly recommend it. Staff were great, views were exceptional and the price was very reasonable. Décor was interesting, tasteful and fitting for the setting and the property. We will be back

Excellent small hotel. Good rates. Beautiful views! Hot tub overlooks Banff. Gorgeous at night. Sat outside at night with our drinks, staff lit a fire for us, fabulous!! A bit noisy, walls thin. Overall, very satisfied customer!!

Comfortable, value priced hotel in quiet location in Banff. Near the Trans-Canada, but you would never know it. Beautiful mountain views and nice outdoor patio or balcony in many rooms. Not fancy, but very practical. The only quibble is that the rooms are quite small and have double beds -- not queen. Two can sleep in a double but if...

My husband and I spent 3 wonderful days in Banff to celebrate our anniversary. After driving 8 hours along the beautiful Canadian highways, we arrived to a wonderful experience checking in. The staff are great at this hotel, I would especially like to thank Jackie, who checked us in and helped us with our purchase of the park pass, which...

Stayed a night with family and our small dog. Though the structure is aging (no elevator!) it's still solid and very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and upgraded our room. View towards Banff township from our room/balcony was incredible and lots of dog friendly amenities, e.g., bowls and treats. Furnishings were very comfortable and clean, though showing their age. Only...

My girlfriend and I booked a room last minute for a weekend away from the city and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at The Juniper. The front desk staff was very friendly and gave us all sorts of info about the hotel and recommendations without having to ask. The hot tub was clean, with fresh towels ready, with a...

It's not often that you find something that surpasses your expectations. My Husband and I decided on a last minute overnight from Calgary and found the Juniper Hotel. Our "regular places" were booked so we thought we would give it a try based on the numerous great reviews. It was lovely! Recently renovated, away from busy Downtown Banff, and professional...
